This company owns a rental across the street from my home that I own. Its a know drug house, a kid that can out of the house was murdered, cops are called at least once a week, numerous complaints have been issued and theyve done NOTHING because theyre getting their section 8 money. They are ruining our entire neighborhood with the fights, screaming, shootings, drugs, and just plain obnoxious tenants. They refuse to do anything. Nuisance law is next. The whole neighborhood is over it.

We have contacted the ****** police department regarding how many police calls have been addressed to this property.There has not been calls to this property every week as been previously claimed. It is not the company's policy to discriminate against any tenants Because of race, color, religion, ethnicity or any other factors would hinder a person from obtaining one of the properties. In the same manner, the company does not condone any type of stereotyping in any form. It is also verified that the owners of this property do not accept section 8 subsidizing. The unfortunate incident of a murder was not linked to this property and the police reports indicated that this property had no Involvement in that murder. We have verified that the police department had not notified the owners of this address for any of the previous incidents. The ************************ has verified that this property is not classified as a nuisance property in the neighborhood. However, The owners are always concerned about the welfare of the neighborhood and keeping good relations with everyone. It has been confirmed that the upper tenants have been removed from the property and If any further incidences occur will be dealt with accordingly.
