In October 2023, the BBB investigated Windy City Public Adjusters LLC’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by an advertising review conducted after reviewing complaints which are surrounding the business working on roof damages, many of the consumers are claiming the business has not finished repairs after payment or have not begun work as contracted.
The BBB has reached out in regards to the website claims regarding environmental and consumer cost saving claims and has asked the business to substantiate these claims.
