    So my opinion, this company is unprofessional. They dont show up for appointments. They dont reach out they kind of leave you high and dry, which is unacceptable. I have had multiple appointments with them to meet with my insurance for inspection. They never showed up.

    Beware! Beware! Beware! Because they are a public adjuster, they can contact your insurance company, work with that adjuster to get a claim made. They are then entitled to a percentage of the payout. This can happen without your knowledge and will not know until you check your policy and see that a claim was made (or if you receive a check). *********** is the adjuster.

    This company is great. We got new roof siding and gutters. Everything looks great. Highly recommend

    Process went smoothly. Roof looked good. A few years after it was installed it developed a leak. Called them over 7 times to come out and make repairs and they never responded.

    This company really helped me. I was denied from my insurance but once Windy City got involved they were able to figure out my shingles not longer available for repairs. Highly recommend.

    I love this company. I am very grateful ******* my leaking so bad and no one would help me. Windy City came out and tarp *******. They even helped me with my insurance claim and installed my new roof. Highly recommend.
