    A vulnerable ~60 year old individual was sent to this ******* (************ **) ******** franchise location to activate his new phone that his mom had had ******** mail to him. This took place in the past ~5 weeks as only one billing cycle has passed. We discovered the fraud when we received the bill. The associate fraudulently put a Military Hold on the existing line, opened a new line in its place and added a replacement warranty adding significant extra changes to the account. This vulnerable individual has NEVER served in the US military and would never, ever have qualified to serve. When confronted, the franchise location stated to be ********, not a franchisee and did not want to correct the matter. *********, the store manager, did not want to help when asked to by their peer, the **********, ** franchisee. In ********** system, the account was marked as ONLY PORT NO SALE. We have screen captures of this. ******** corporate took action and reversed this scam. The **********, ** ******** franchisee was helpful in identifying the details of what had been perpetrated and in putting us in contact with a ******** department capable of unraveling this.

    DO NOT WORK HERE. I have been in the cell phone industry for 10 years, and TCC has to be the most toxic and vial place I have ever worked for. Please take this as a warning. No pay raises, no work/life balance, they enforce sketchy sales tactics, no overtime even when short staffed, no promotions, and the icing on the cake, if you get cancer you'll be let go.
