      Ordered ****** bucks of products and there has been no change in processing status yet charged my card? Ive left more than 3 voicemails and 3 tickets with NO REPLY AT ALL. Called both toll free lines multiple times and same recordings and options and never is anyone available to take my call. I want a full refund now.

      On July 13th 2024 I ordered their starter e-cig kit and my AMEX card was billed $109.49. On July 25 2024 I ordered their reduced content intro kit and my **** card was billed $69.49. The account numbers for these transactions are ****************** ****************** I have submitted 7 request to their customer service and sales **** asking for a date that these products would ship and eventually asking that my money be returned and have heard nothing back. Their ticket system where someone register a problem is quite unique. The ticket gets closed after 7 days of inactivity. So they do nothing for 7 days and the problem never gets solved.I was sincerely hoping that their product would help me quit smoking but it doesn't seem like I will ever get a chance to find out

      I ordered several items from Pro-Smoke,$137.95 worth of products, on July 28th 2024 it is now August 12th and I have yet to receive anything. I have submitted tickets on their website that have not been responded to and I have called every number I could find, they all have the same recording I have left voicemails but no one has gotten in contact with me to tell me what is going on. If I'm not going to receive the products I would like my money back. I honestly don't see how it is legal to take someone's money and just leave them with nothing.

      I placed an order with ProSmoke on June 11, 2024. Their website brags about how fast and reliable their service is and I have not heard anything from them. They don't answer the phones and they don't respond to the tickets you submit. I just want my order. However, I will say that I will never order from them again.

      On December 22, 2023 I ordered ecigarettes and cartridges. I paid $219.93 to ProSmoke via their online store. they have never shipped my order. I am requesting and immediate refund. None of my 3 voicemails have been returned. All 3 of my documented Help Desk tickets have been closed and unanswered.

      I placed an order with prosmoke on August 8th for $87.46. I really wish I had checked BBB first, but I didn't. No one will return my calls, nor answer the phone. No one will respond to my help desk tickets, They took my order, they took my money and now nothing. No order has shipped. I filed a dispute with my bank but no resolution there either, I want my money back!

      The customer was already notified via email and our website help desk system that their order was cancelled and refunded in full. We are no longer shipping to customers and this was communicated in those communications.

Due to recent changes in *** regulations and shipping policies, we are currently holding off on fulfilling orders for customer purchases until the **** (*** Approval process) and shipping process has been completed with the *** based on their new requirements. Until cleared, most electronic cigarette companies, including ProSmoke, are unable to fill and ship orders.

      Your purchase has been cancelled and refunded and hopefully can be made again in the future once the *** process and submission has been approved. Once we are able to start shipping as normal again, you will be automatically emailed notification that we are ready.

      We NEVER want to turn away a new customer joining the ******************** family, but unfortunately, until we are allowed, we cannot fulfill your order. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope you have a great week.

      $87.46, the full purchase price, was refunded to the customer's **** ending in 7105. I also confirmed with **** the refund was processed in full of confirmation #******. This is also reflected on the customer's order on the website.
