This needs to be zero stars! I ordered on May 28th the package has supposedly lost. The only customer service is through chat and I've gotten nowhere with them. I want a refund but they give generic response.

I ordered Bright Brain without seeing on the website it contains Magnesium Stearate. After being hospitalized for COVID-19, I was told by a doctor not to take any supplements that have Magnesium Stearate as an ingredient. When the product arrived I did see Magnesium Stearate on the list of ingredients and contacted Bright Brain several times by telephone, email and even started unresponsive chats. I left messages, I heard absolutely nothing from Bright Brain. I eventually mailed the original package sent to me with two unopened jars of Bright Brain Nootropics back to the return address on the package. Bright Brain refused my return and did find the time and energy to send it back to me.As a person with long haul COVID, experiencing a post COVID brain with multiple undesirable symptoms, I was excited to try another nootropic that might show some promise. I feel like I have been scammed.Very bad form Bright Brain. Shame on you.
