      I had an accident at my property water pipes burst in the home that was empty for 2 weeks (rental property )
      Called Insurance to file Claim,and insurance immediately decided with out even coming to see the house which is a total loss that would not be covered ,we had no idea that tenant had shut off electricity gas was running still according to gas company they refused to shut down unless there was a name to transfer the service to ,
      we feel this was an accident since we had no idea that the electricity was turned off, holidays came and we were so busy working on January 9th we received a call from the city of ***** to check the house because there was a leak, we came to find out water pipes had bursted and were running for days, insurance refuses to cover any of the damages due to electricity being off and we had no idea this service was shut down the heather was 3 years old and was running in perfect condition , we service the heater every year, when the electricity was turned off without our knowledge ,the heater turned off and and water pipes bursted leaving the house completely destroyed

      The Country financial retirement plan has annual and lump sum payout options for pension holders and ex employees. Someone made the selfish decision to cancel that and put not allow Monthly payouts when integrated with data breach king AON and Alight and third parties portals. Sickening and slap in face to ex employees who earned pension. Holding money for their gain and exploring pension holders. Bring back annual. And NAMES of ALL pension Holders immediately. Data exploitation, sharing and brokering are wrong as well. $$$

      Also release names of All Country and Systems people a part the decisions and changes without any pension hiker notification to remove the options!!!

      My sister is 55 and worlds for Country Financial and has pension coming too. She was told by Country HR dept that she can take annual or lump sum and being offered that? Why are our ex employee pensions being held hostage and being denied annual or lump sum? Mine Thu at age 62 will be worth zero. I do not want AON or its partners holding my pension or using my data. I want nothing ti do with that entity and “servicer”.

      Country HR and benefits sept are rude and send rude communication with no answers or help. Just scripted ridiculous mantras blaming me the employer and consumer.

      Something smells and it’s not my fault or any ex employee. Whoever made this decision needs named. And held responsible.

       I am rejecting this response because: It does not address my question and I want nothing and no business or retirement/pension dealings with AON. My sister is the same age as me and is being offered a lump and annual payment. No clear communications were EVER sent by COUNTRY or its affiliates and they breached my data in their systems integrations and API "practices".  They have ignored my requests.

      My vehicle was hit by a ******* ********* ************ (Policy # **********), and caused $3,482.16 worth of damage as estimated by ********* **** ***** in Opelika, AL. Country Financial has accepted liability for the accident and sent me a check for $2,218.93 (check #********), but are refusing to pay for the full, complete, and safe repair of my vehicle. In addition, my vehicle now has been in an accident, and it is now worth less than it was before the accident. On the NADA website, the value of my vehicle went from $20,475 (clean) down to at most $18,850 (average). This diminished value of $1,625 should also be paid to me since it was because of their policy holder that my car has reduced its value. This is a total due to me of $3,482.16 + $1,625.00 or $5,107.16. Since they have already paid me $2,218.93, they still owe me $2,888.23.

      We filed Claim #: *********** with Country Financial immediately after the accident on 1/11/2023. As it is now 2/5/2023 and our car is still not repaired or paid for by Country Financial, this is unacceptable for an established company like them. My car is a 2015 BMW 428i VIN: *****************.       I am uploading a bunch of documents in which many dated emails between me and the rep from country financial. The entire story is timelined within these documents and more than 2000 characters.

      basically i am an uber driver. they swindled me for 56 days in attempt to cut costs and save money, and avoid providing a rental car.

      They wanted to save a small amount of dollars knowing full well it would cost me much more, and purposefully chose to do it this way.

      *** admitted my case was mishandled, apologized and made an offer of approximately $1800 more than they originally offered.  I saw this as a reasonable compromise and accepted.  Thank you for your assistance in this process

      I called Country Companies Roadside Assistance number last night as I needed to get my car towed. This is a service we pay for through our policies. I’ve used it years ago without issue. After asking me if I was in a safe place I was told I should call a local company for help and send them the bill. This is great service for a customer of 35 years. I’ll be researching new insurance carriers. Why do they allegedly offer this service if they don’t really do anything for you.

      My name is ******** ****** and I would officially like to file a complaint against Country mutual Insurance company regarding the way that my auto claim was handled by this company


      On November 30th I was involved in a accident at a with one of the insured customers. The driver admitted fault and liability at the time of the accident and advised he was rushing. And told them my information they told him to have me give them a call so I did i told them whole story the person that took the claim advised that the insured had already called in to them and advised what happened in the accident and I asked him if they needed anything from me like pictures or videos that I took out the scene and I was told to I would be contacted by an adjuster to go over the next steps . At the time of the accident I was going through an intersection and my light was completely green the other driver had a yielding flashing green with the obvious sign saying to yield on Green. After a few days I finally got ****** on the phone and he took my official statement during that time he advised that he has not been able to get in contact with his insured and that's the only step that they are waiting on to start investigating the claim I asked him at the time if I could turn in any pictures or videos I had taken from the scene of the accident and ******  no he was not able to do anything until he was able to speak with the insured and verified that we were in fact in an accident despite the fact that the insured person actually called in and opened up the claim himself. As of now January 5th and I have call country mutual over 25 times and have not been able to get a claims determination or get ****** to call me back i also spoke to his supervisor who basically just screaming at me explaining they would call me with the outcome of my claim which they have yet to do. This has loved me having to pay for a rental on my own and now that my car has been totaled. I am looking into hiring a lawyer

       I am rejecting this response because: I still have not heard anything from the company despite me escalating and sending them a copy of the complaints to the director ****** **** and also the 3 complaint email addresses I got from customer service. I was advised that my case has not been looked at since December 12th and there has been absolutely no movements since then. I would like to have a direct call from someone at this company advising what they are going to do to resolve this issue for me.

       I am rejecting this response because: Although I was contacted yesterday and spoke to the original adjuster he advised that there has been no movements since December 9th. He advised that they are still researching who is a fault in the accident and he basically told me the same thing from November 30. I also provided a video that I took of the light from the next day, at the same time of the accident so show that despite the insured change his story and flat out lying and now saying I ran the light (when my story has remained consistent. There was no resolution reached and I left that conversation still  unsure of a timeline or when this will be resolved. 

      Although I have received a new car my old car still have a 10k balance and I had to pay out of pocket for a rental and my Deductible. 

      No more contact is needed with me. I am letting my insurance handle this issue going forward and if needed will obtain a lawyer to advocate for me and my rights against insurance companies like this that intentionally try not to pay claims under the disguise of a at-fault dispute when there should have been none because this driver admitted at the scene as documented in the incident report.

      I was rear ended sometime on June 20th. I called this ***** *** company to report it to them so I can get my car fixed and the medical bills from my check up paid. I was not at fault at all for the accident as written in the police report only for some idiot to sit on the phone and have the audacity to leave a voicemail stating that they can’t find money to fix my car and to go through my insurance. That’s a bs tactic to not be financially responsible and only be in contact with the insurance company. I refuse to go through my insurance and raise my policy because I wasn’t at fault for the accident. I was bounced around from agent to agent cause no one wanted to do their job. I want my car fixed it’s been months. Very unprofessional and I am ******.

      Hi, I don't think this specific situation has anything to do with me or my client(s) personally.  COUNTRY is a large company and I get a lot of contacts from people all over the US looking for COUNTRY Home Office.  I advertise a lot so when people Google "COUNTRY Financial Bloomington" my name usually floods to the top.  How do I verify this is specifically for me and not a general complaint to COUNTRY?  I'd need to know who the COUNTRY insured is that hit this person, a claim number, etc. to do any digging whatsoever.  If not me I need this removed from my individual profile immediately.  I also asked that someone from the BBB please call me.  Thanks!

      On December 8/22 a driver hit me at an intersection I was not at fault and the other driver assumed full responsibility for the accident. His insurance company is ******* ********* as indicated and the adjuster I was connected to is ****** ***** **************. I have had my auto at a body shop and I have made multiple phone calls to her and left multiple voicemails and received no response after the initial call. I called 4 time yesterday and the representatives now act like they cant hear me and hang up on me. I just had the body shop call me to pick up my car because she is not working with them they emailed her on Thursday December 15th at 9:00 am no response. I do not know what to do now they only rented a car for me until December 16th and I am unable to get my car repaired or pick it up from the shop.

      We been doing busines with Country Financials sice 2012, At the beging of this year in january 2022 my husband contacted our Agent ****** ***** to let him know that we found a better rate in our home insurance ant to tell him to cancell our home insurance with Country Financial. At beging of November 2022 we get our home escrow ant it was quite high, when I contacted the banck to find out why it was high they sad because they had to pay two home insurance in the year. I contacted Country Financial costumer cervice phone number and the person I talk to sad that my Agent will call me to back up the cancelation and reinburst my money. The Agen did not call so I call him and he sad that the insurance was not cancell becaused we never call back to confirm the cancelation and that they can only back up the cancelation 14 days. I talk and email several people trought the costumer cervice number with no succes and every person I have talked tell me different tings and at some point they stop aswering my emails. They ask for a righting paperwork of cancelation wich we do not have we though that a simple call to notifyed the Agen about the cancelation was sufficient, and the Agen never ask for a righting paperwork or email to make it formal and we never though of sending an email. The Agen acepted that we did call to cancell but he did not cancel the insurance because he needed the cancelation paperwork from the new insurance company, When we talk to him about the cancelation he never ask us for any paperwork from us or the new insurance conpany to complete the cancelation proccess. Is been a lot of contradiction between Country Financial corporate and the Agent about this situation. The Agent call us with the las resolution and he tell us that there is noting they can do because there is no a righting paperwork of cancelation, and they are not going to reiburst us the money. We as costumers think we did the right procces by notifying the Agent about the cancelation, out of ignorance we did not though about sending and email to have a righting proof of it, but also the Agent did not ask for that so we thoug a siple call was suficient. We are looking for a full refound of $1,482.34 dollars.
