    I am seeking guidance on the appropriate person or department to handle this matter.The vehicle in question was not abandoned. It is typically moved weekly when I use a day pass to take my mother, who is currently undergoing rehabilitation in ********, out of her care facility. I left for ****** on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, and returned on Sunday, December 1, 2024, to find that the vehicle had been towed.Prior to leaving for my trip, the vehicle was parked behind a tree near *******************. This parking adjustment was made to accommodate a neighbor who expressed a preference for parking their truck directly in front of their residence. At no point before my departure was there any notice or indication suggesting the vehicle was at risk of being towed.Upon my return on December 1, I visited the police department to inquire about the vehicle's location. I was directed to W&W Towing and informed to contact them. When I reached out on Sunday, I was told to call back on Monday. I spoke with an employee, ******, on Monday, who advised I had until 5:00 PM to retrieve the vehicle. However, when I arrived at their facility at 4:30 PM, no one was present, leaving me unable to retrieve the vehicle.This situation has caused significant stress and inconvenience. As a schoolteacher caring for my mother, who is recovering from a stroke, this matter has compounded our challenges. I respectfully request a thorough review of the circumstances surrounding this tow. The vehicle was neither abandoned nor neglected, as I actively ensure its maintenance and use.Given these facts, I believe the towing action was based on inaccurate information. I request reimbursement for the associated fees and any penalties incurred. Please advise on the next steps to address this matter and secure a resolution.

    I filed bankruptcy and included my car that is currently impounded there and they are refusing to honor the automatic stay imposed. The person on the phone yelled at me and stated to both my lawyer and I that I wasnt getting anything and continued to demand payment.

    On 8/2/24 my truck was towed I end up going to get it 8/8/24 ************ overcharged my for towing and storage and they also damaged my truck during the tow

    Not enough characters here to describe the issue. Please read the attached file titled, "Complaint Email to ***************************." It explains how W&W Towing came into possession of my property and how they caused additional damages.I would like the gate fee and all administrative fees removed along with an additional $300 to be subtracted from the invoice (also attached) to compensate me for the interior detailing and the dead battery fees I will incur if the car is not totaled out (pending the adjuster visiting the tow yard) to make their assessment.

    My car was stolen and recovered on 9/24/22. ********************************** had my car towed to W W Towing, ***** *******, *******, ** ************** (without a hold on it). I was informed by Officer ***** that my car was stolen by minors who were joy riding and the interior had not been ransacked. I left a voicemail for W W Towing on 9/24/22, however no return call was received. On 9/26/22 I wanted to see my car and was told "there would be a $25 gate fee to look at my car". On 9/28/22 my car was towed by my insurance company to the auto shop for service "Crash Champions". On 9/28/22 I took a look in my interior to find it ransacked with missing items?? Some missing items were tire valve caps, prescription glasses, i-pass transponder, 1 box of rubber gloves, gift/gas cards, **** umbrellas, etc. Based on what Officer ***** told me I believe W W Towing stole items from my vehicle! Officer ******* on 9/24/22 suggested that I make contact with W W Towing to go see the car since there was no hold on it.

    I was was a victim of a vehicle carjacking on June 1, 2022. The suspects abandoned the stolen vehicle on June 6, 2022, which was then recovered by the ******************************. The ***************** contracts with a private company to tow vehicles because they don't have a police pound to store recovered vehicles. I was notified by the tow company on June 18, 2022 by letter that the car was recovered and where I could retrieve the vehicle. However, I was unaware that 1) I needed a release from the ****************************** and 2) they close ****** on Saturdays. So I could not handle any business of retrieving the vehicle until Jume 21, 2022. On June 21, 2022, I returned to get the vehicle and was told I could not get the car because it was placed on a ***************** Hold by CPD for criminal processing. On 7/8/22, I was then informed that I would be charged $1345 to retrieve my stolen vehicle because the release of the vehicle was done on June 25, 2022. As a victim of a violent crime, I don't think it right by any standard, business or personal, to victimize a person again, and charge them to release / retrieve a vehicle they couldn't get in the 1st place due to a Police matter. I am seeking monetary refund of what I paid to get the car out of the pound.
