On September 2, 2024, we called Maicol Mobile Mechanic to have the **** F250 fixed. The defendant first charged us $120 for diagnostics when he visited our home to check on the pickup truck. After this, he charged us another $1340 he explained that this was for all the *** parts that he would replace, including spark plugs, spark plug wiring, and ignition coils. I was advised that in 2 hours he would have the parts, the two hours eventually turned into 3 days before they finally got back to put the parts. At first, we asked for a refund for the $120 because it took them 3 days to get back to us. Was advised in 3-5 days the refund would go back to our debit card which did not happen. After they left the engine light showed up again and the truck stopped running again. My wife tried to communicate with them through text and called them twice but we were just given the run around. I even attempted to communicate through text message but I was also given the same treatment. We had the truck towed to Meineke. After assessing the truck was advised that out of the 16 spark plugs they should have replaced only 8 were replaced, the spark plug wiring was not replaced.The ignition coils were replaced but the the bolts sheared off on the left intake manifold.This issue cost us an additional $550. because Meineke needed to remove those sheared-off bolts. All the parts that were replaced were not *** parts as we agreed on. After everything was fixed the total bill from Meineke amounted to $3627.00. The truck is running well and we have not experienced any issues after taking it to Meineke. This business has victimized multitudes of people and, unfortunately, they keep on getting away with it.Initial Complaint

I was scammed out of $720, work was never done and the never fixed my car. They told me they needed to do a diagnostic and an engine inspection but they never really did anything. The owner constantly called my phone asking me if I would pay the fee to get it fixed. Instead of telling me what was wrong with my car. Refused to give me back a refund and blamed me for this car issue not being resolved. Were very rude and disrespectful.Initial Complaint

i hired Maicol mobile mechanics which is claimed ti be located in *********** ******** to give me a diagnostic on my *** which i paid ****** for , then the technician told me what was needed i had some misfires & would need a tune up so i paid in full ******************************************************************************************************************* i was told a *********** when the technician **** would come then i was told ************** coming so another tech was coming . i wasnt informed of when they technician arrived on my property but he was already working on my car which was a bit odd because no one rung the doorbell nor called me. so i go outside to talk to him he claimed he was there early & he was done but with everything that needed to be done how was it possible for him to be finished so fast , so i begin to start my car it wouldnt start , mind you it started before they worked on my vehicle . the technicians was in such a rush they left & told me the manager would call me he didnt i had to reach out to him multiple times but when i did he said a tech would come by they never did then they stopped answering my calls , i feel that was very unprofessional of them to not even tow my car to their shop & figure out the problem . i received no invoice of parts preferred all i received was invoice payments that i made to them in the sum of ******* & ring cam ************** messages & reviews of other unsatisfied customersInitial Complaint

My car broke down so I contacted Maicol mobile mechanic on 5/26/24 and all they did was come look at the car for $120 and told me they could do the work tomorrow and they had to get a part which was a tensioner and a pulley for $640 the next morning they were working on the car and then said my alternator was bad and tried charging me an additional $400 at that point we told them their services were no longer needed and they didnt even replace the tensioner or pulleyInitial Complaint

In June I contacted this company for an issue my truck was having. It was shaking and turning off on me. They came to my house to diagnose my vehicle and (I have messages) the owner promised services that were not provided. Additionally the mechanic in front of my face told me he changed the fuel injectors and also had done an engine dial (according to the mechanic) that same day my vehicle turned off again. Almost as if nothing was done to my vehicle. I decided to take it to a different mechanic and I let him know what the prior mechanic had done. Turns out based on what this mechanic told me the fuel injectors were never replaced as promised not was an engine dial done. I called the owner and he said he meant to say he was only cleaning the fuel injectors not replacing I said you told me they were being replaced? That is what I agreed to paid for. All he said was sorry I made a mistake. I also asked what about the engine dial that I was told was done ? Again he just kept saying sorry. This company lies to their customers they tried to trick me into thinking I got a job done that never was done. Over a week ago he promised a refund for the engine dial. And since he didnt give it to me cause he says his system is down I filed a dispute with my bank. Then he called me to tell me until I cancel that he will refund. So now I cancelled the dispute and now he is not responding to me. Please help this guy stole from us. I paid him a total of $1400 and my car was not fixed and I was lied too on the services he actually did
