    Horrible service! Manifold was welded instead of being replaced with a New part which I was charged and paid for (2021). The part cracks again within the warranty period and now they require me to pay for a whole different part 3 times the price of what I originally paid. I was given the run around for weeks. My car sat in the garage and all they could say is "how will I make my money back?" Then it was "the part has not arrived". If the part is under warranty, their is no money lost. Since they couldn't get me to pay for a part not needed, they replaced the manifold with a cheap aftermarket part that turned out to be faulty. The mechanic did not tighten the oil cap, he broke the clamp around the filter box and he did not check for any codes. Now my car has a check engine light that codes P0430. When I first called them there was no check engine light on, the car would start rough. I had my mechanic check it and established the manifold was cracked again. The part was under warranty which is why I called them otherwise I would have had my trustwothy mechanic do the repair. I called them back 2 days ago to get info on the replacement part and they said they would email me the info. Nothing has been received.

    Horrible service i spent over $2300 for my car not to be working and to take it to the car dealership to be informed that a service was not completed that i paid for and now i have to pay even more money.

    I had the worst experience with this company. They came to service my vehicle three times. The first time they gave me a new battery and a new alternator. It did not fix the problem. The second time, I was stranded in a parking garage because it was not fixed the first time. They came to get it started for me and it started right away and they said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, even though I'd been trying to start it for several minutes before I called them. The third time (this was all within a span of three days), they said I needed a new starter. Almost $2,000 dollars later, and my car is still not fixed and won't start. I am now having to get it towed to a dealer to have a reputable mechanic figure out what is wrong. Do not use this service, no matter how convenient it may seem. Their mechanics don't seem to know anything about what's wrong with vehicles or how to fix them.

    Horrible service Car was not fixed. Engine light came back in a few hours after they left. Refund was not sent.
