    Anywhere the "top grain leather" creases has cracking and is peeling. After contacting the company about a warranty, I was informed there is no warranty (past the 30 days of the seller) and I need to deal with Amazon. The company customer service said they would pass along my concerns but clearly they don't make a quality product if they are unwilling to stand behind what is clearly defective material. Bag was only used twice but I missed the return window. Since inital cracking, the material has continued to breakdown and disintegrate. This is not an inexpensive bag and everyone I show can't believe how it's defective and the company won't stand behind the product. Maybe I got unlucky but isn't that what warranties are for? I wanted to like the bag, but it's defective and I'm embarrassed to use. The company is suppressing my negative review stating they can not confirm my proof of purchase from Amazon even after sending my receipt multiple times.

    A complaint was filed by **** ******* on 01/18/24 for an item that is not covered under warranty which was bought by a 3rd party company (**********) on 07/23/2023.
    If I had access to the complaint; I would have responded accordingly.
    Since the bag is not covered by the seller; a new bag was purchased by **** ******* on 03/27/2024 with proof of delivery (see attached).
    McKlein is a shipper and distributor of the product.
    If he does not like the product, he would not have bought another bag from ************* again.
