    I've been happy with this bag until recently when one of the brackets for the shoulder strap just cracked in half. This bag has definitely not been abused or used roughly. Mcklein told me it's not covered under warranty, and they can't even sell me a replacement part. That's the last purchase I make with this company. Poor craftsmanship for such a price and they don't actually stand behind their product, even though they claim to up front.When I attempted to leave this review on their website, I received an email stating that my review had been rejected! They only allow positive reviews apparently.

    The bag was used for 2 years. A strap hook came apart. This is not a manufacturing defect. The cost for the repair part is $10 each and the customer is not willing to part for the part.
