      I contracted with this company to construct a pergola on and existing balcony of my house and to replace an exterior double door along with a storm door and painting. They did a good job with the pergola and internal double door but didn't complete the job. Starting in November 2023 they told me they couldn't do the exterior door and painting until spring because of the weather. I contacted them again in March to complete the job and they gave me a date they would return to complete it. They never showed up. They have since given me several other dates, but they have never shown up to complete the work. Unfortunately, I paid them 95% of the contract price in the fall before the work was completed. Every time I talk to them this spring, they give me a different story. Last week they told me they would be at my house to complete the work on Saturday May 4 at 8 AM. Of course, they never showed up.

      I used Home Services Direct for a fence installation and they did a great job! They quoted me a fair price and did the job quickly. I would recommend them and would use them for other jobs when I am in need work around my home.
