    I went to the store Eye Q Optique located at following address ******************************************************************************** for vision test and eye glasses, I dont speak English and they are a Russian speaking business. They did the vison test and made a prescription. The glasses arrived to the store after two weeks when I tried them on it turned out that the person who was doing the test did it wrong and the numbers were way off of what they should be. At that point I had to sit through another vision test and hope that it will be fine with different outcome. It took them another two weeks get me new prescription delivered. When I tried on the 2nd one it was still not correct and my eyes hurt after five minutes of wearing them. I asked them to return the product and give me my money back but they said that there is no refund and that it states that on the receipt that was handed to me after the final sale of the services. However they did not worn me about that and with my vision I did not see that written on the receipt because its unnoticeable and folded then handed to me in an envelope. I need to go to a different doctor who is more qualified. Please help me receive a refund from this business, they are practicing bad work and no quality toward the customers. They just trick honest people and kick them out after by refusing any other refund or refund. I cannot wear the glasses they provide as it hurts my eyes which deteriorates my health.
