    EyeQ 709 s ****** ******* IL My 2 sons had a visit on July 16 2024 we went in for visit my sons were happy to see the glasses and store so they looked around at all the cool glasses to see which ones there were going to choose. Not knowing they werent suppose to be touched no signs around or anything my sons can read also. a lady which she stated she the manager told my son not to touch the glasses so he stopped with no problem I didnt say nothing to her when she originally could of came to me instead of going to talk to a minor. My son went over to the phone cases started touching the eye glass cases because he wanted one with his glasses the lady continued to bother and harass my 7yr old. I asked her to stop to leave him alone then her coworker jumped in the conversation defending her actions so I stated to him to just come here she continued to go on so did her employees my only problem I was trying to get them is there was no signs to say dont touch so how would we know. Next thing you know she denied my sons appointments never checked them in had me filling out paperwork for no reason.Contacted all 3 offices they all stated I can not make a complaint and Stated to me its no one I can report to it will come back to the office on 709 s ****** I have tried to file a complaint multiple times I have been getting turned around in circles.

    They fail to proving information , poster around the shop and in the sale recipe that there is no guarantee what so ever on glasses and frame they sell, a month In a half I purchased frame for glasses for $50 and they broke today I went they told me no guarantee I told the lady I dont see any sign tell customers they is no guarantee glasses and frame they sell, I live on social security those fifty dollar I pay for the frame is lot money for me , I would like to her you
