They have been so eager to help and very readily available to answer any questions. We were having an ant problem and ***** answered all my stupid questions and reassured me that what they did would work. It did! Haven't had ants back since they came out and treated 6 months ago. Im so glad Ive put my trust in EcoShield. They recently discovered what we thought was a roof leak in our attic, which actually turned out to be our 3 1/2 bathroom vents being vented into the attic instead of out the roof. The ensuing moisture caused mold, mildew and moisture in a poorly vented attic space. Weve since repaired all of the above correctly and we owe our peace of mind to EcoShield.EcoShield Pest Solutions

This EcoShield Pest Solutions is trying to bill customers for $199 every quarter when service was never performed in the correct property. They insist that the technician completed the service when no one came to our property, no door tag was left on both doors. **************** is not very helpful, they are just after the payment. I cannot rely on this company at all. In the first year of our commitment to get our property serviced, was no problem at all. We indeed see the technicians performed in the right address/property. Technicians must have gone to the wrong address South not North.EcoShield Pest Solutions

We did appologize for this experience, gave you a follow up appointment, and havent charged you yet due to this. We also gave you $25 off your next service for this issue. Hello.This has been resolved over two months ago. We made a mistake, fixed it, and also gave you a credit for the mistake. Can you kindly please remove this review. We never charged you for the service as well until we rectified the issue. We also left a permanent note for techs so this doesnt happen again. Reviews like this is damaging to businesses and most of what was written simply wasnt correct.
