The only way to cancel this service, AFTER you have already completed the annual subscription that you signed up for, is to "speak to a representative over the phone" - you will not be able to reach the right representative. You will have to cancel your credit card to stop giving these scammers moneyEcoShield Pest Solutions

I cannot warn consumers enough about EcoShield's dishonest sales and billing practices. Their seemingly sub-par service and/or products is secondary.They scammed us with an extremely misleading door-to-door sales agent. He came to our home in early-August and sold us a $165 fixed fee package for the season. Stipulation was an immediate point of sale charged to my credit card. We had a pest issue requiring immediate attention so thus agreed. The service was ineffective as they needed to visit 3 times throughout August to finally resolve the issue. They then charged another $165 at the end of August. I called to object, stating the fixed fee service plan the salesman sold me. The overseas agent claimed I actually bought a monthly subscription service, and cancelling would be $200. I immediately canceled and arranged a block on EcoShield on my credit card. I notified EcoShield repeatedly about the dishonest salesman, but to no avail. Any agent overseas will only quote back the contract. In the end I paid $330 for 3 visits to solve one immediate issue, but they are still after me for another $200 and threating collections. So their lying salesman boosts his sales metrics, and EcoShield gets their money by overcharging and quoting a contract you are misled to sign. They then they hide behind their overseas agents who have zero-decision making power to address the issue beyond in Ecoshields favor. That is the EcoShield business model.EcoShield Pest Solutions
