  Cant say enough good things about this company.***** and his team were absolutely the best to work with.***** was here to make sure everything was going perfectly and all the workers on the job answered all questions that we had.Our house looks beautiful we are so very happy!!They also cleaned up so well you would never have know there was worked done *********** will not be disappointed!!

  I am happy with the job Windy City did installing vinyl siding on my garage. They arrived on time, worked neat and efficiently, and were done quickly. While the job was just completed, based on the current outcome, I'm glad I hired Windy City

  We had a really good experience with Windy City Roofing. ***** the project manager called us the next day after we inquired. He was professional and gave us a quote the same day that he came out to look at our house. He is very knowledgeable. They took care of getting the permit. Cost was reasonable and the roof was replaced in a single day. Those guys are hard workers. ***** stopped by during the work to make sure everything went smoothly. Our roof looks great!

  Windy City was an amazing company to deal with. *****, the project manager, handled my total roof replacement professionally and courteously from the estimate through the final inspection. He gave me a competitive, fair, and complete quote, answered my questions and did everything in a timely fashion. The roofing crew was incredible. The speed with which they removed 2 layers of old shingles and replaced 42 sheets of really bad plywood, was unbelievable. What looked like a 2 day project was accomplished in 1 day. They covered and protected all of my landscaping (I have a lot) and nothing was damaged. They invited me to view the really poor condition of the plywood before they started replacement. Every hour or 2, they had crew members going thru the covered bushes and removing debris into large barrels so the tarps would not damage the plants and bushes. I watched as they carefully measured and cut plywood and flashing. They replaced all of my roof vents, ****************** vents and reflashed all of them as called for in the written estimate. They also reflashed the chimney and put new lead boots around each pipe stack. When they were done, the clean up was impressive. They actually hand picked thru my bushes and plants to remove any shingle or wood debris that got thru the tarps. They knew I had a dog so they used a long magnet bar on wheels and went all around the house in both the grass and plant beds to pick up any errant nails. I had fairly new gutter covers and wanted to make sure there was no damage. The crew chief did a walk around the full roof to make sure all gutter covers were in good shape. The newly shingled roof looks great and I know its something that was properly taken care of and I dont have to worry about. As a bonus, their shingle product (IKO) has a 40 year transferable warranty. ***** made sure I had all the paperwork for the warranty. If you need a new roof, go with Windy City. They are great.

  We used Windy City for a recent project based on storm damage to siding, and roof. We worked ********************* who was great to work with. ***** explained the working being done very well and was always responsive to questions. ***** came back a few times to make sure things were planned properly and communicated as well as when the team was coming to perform the work. The teams that performed the work were excellent. The were very professional did a great job. They also paid did a great job when cleaning up. The finished product looks great, and we are very happy with Windy City and would highly recommend them.

  ***** and the crew at Windy City Roofing were amazing to work with. They were professional, did a really great job on our roofs, and were very accommodating. ***** was especially helpful as lead, being a great communicator and willing to go into great detail on the work. Such high quality service from beginning to end. Can't recommend them enough.

  We have used Windy City for two projects. A siding project a few years ago and a roofing project in May 2024. They are prompt, professional and ***** is easy to work with. The crew is incredibly efficient. The pricing was quite fair and they even got us on the schedule sooner than originally anticipated. Overall great experience.

  We have used Windy City 2 times over the years.Both times ************************* has been in charge of the work completed. He responded quickly to our call and came over within a couple days to do the estimate which we received quickly. He added in all the info we needed to make a good decision as to what we wished to have redone. The crew that came to the house to replace the roof was hardworking and very pleasant to deal with. They worked quickly and cleaned up every bit of the mess that had been made in order to take off the original roof and take out the skylight that was not working.It looks great and we recommend them highly!!!!****** and *************************

The on-site teams were wonderful, follow-up was timely and responsive.   Windy City Roofing proved to be exactly what I had hoped to find in a companyhonest, accurate, informative and competent sales personnel and a magnificent installation crew. The weather had not cooperated with roof installation days, but when they saw a good day coming, on Friday, they scheduled my installation for the following Monday. A double crew of excellent installers arrived by 7:30 am and the final cleanup crew left by 7pm! My home has four Apaches roofs and crews worked on all simultaneously to get the old (27 years old) shingles removed and installing new underpayment and shingles while also replacing a few moldy boards. I highly recommend this amazing company and crew!
