5 stars*********************** was great to work with. Appointments were prompt and he was professional and pleasant. We had to have the garage/family room roof replaced. He did some caulking for free and suggested that the roof should really be done. However he was not high pressured at all. After evaluating several companies we went with Windy City. It all went smoothly and everything was cleaned up perfectly. The color matched perfectly. We would definitely recommend Windy City.Review fromTeresa S

We were surprised after reading all the good reviews that Windy City did not do a good job installing board and ****** siding on our house this past spring. We had several issues including consistent spacing of the battens, spilled paint and caulk on our patio which was not cleaned up, poor clean up of ***************** and flower beds, and many nail holes not filled until we pointed them out. When the spacing issue was pointed out to *****, his response was "What do you want me to do about it?" This summer our circuit breaker for the A/C compressor kept flipping when it got really hot outside. The **** company that we contacted discovered that Windy *********** had incorrectly reattached the wiring and we are lucky that there was not a fire in the electrical box or compressor. We had to spend another $795 to have this repaired and are thankful that the circuit breaker did it's job. We would not recommend this company!

Unfortunately, there were some issues with this install as it was a difficult job. However, we take issue with the tone of the verbiage used. The implication is we didnt care. Nothing is further from the truth. ***** never said, what do you want me to do about it. He was asking the customer for their input on the remedies needed. ***** and our crews came back multiple times until every item was addressed. We even did items the customer requested that were beyond the scope of the contract for no charge. Furthermore, Windy City reimbursed the $795 for the ** repair within 24 hours of notification from the customer.Review fromTom K

5 starsHad a roof replaced on our home and garage. ***** is a pleasure to work with. His crew is amazing! On time and cleaned up well. We would highly recommend Windy City Roofing!
