    I placed an order with Doublegood popcorn on December 11th in the amout of 225.95$. Was supposed to ship to me by December 27th to January 8th. I called today to see where the heck my order was and DG. Has not idea when it's going to ship, or if it even has been forfilled! He had no information about my order and said you'll get a shipped notification with a tracking number but he has no idea when. I told him just to cancel my order! he replied it's been to long. So I called my Credit card company to dispute the charge but what about the interest?? This company obviously has gotten too big. This is completely unexceptable. It's been almost a month and they have no info of my order. They expect people to wait and wait....... unexceptable!

    Date of Transaction: 12/7/2024 Amount Paid: $205.95 On 12/7/2024, I purchased a variety of 15.signature bags of gourmet popcorn from Double Good for $205.95. At the time of purchase, the company committed to providing a delivery of the bags of popcorn between 12/24/24 - 1/3/25.Unfortunately, the company has failed to fulfill its commitment. Specifically, I have not received the products I was promised. As a matter of fact, the popcorn has not even been shipped and it is currently January 3, 2025. I have attempted to resolve this issue by contacting customer service via email. However, the responses from Double Good have been unsatisfactory. They said that per their policy, if the order is not canceled within 24 hours of purchase, then no refunds can be issued.Desired Resolution:I am seeking a full refund of the bags of popcorn, shipping fees, and applicable taxes. In addition, I am also seeking an explanation for the failure to meet the agreed-upon terms.Additional Information:I am happy to provide supporting documentation, including receipts, communications, and any other relevant materials, to assist in facilitating a resolution.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope the BBB can help mediate a resolution that is fair and timely.

    Placed online order 12/12, delivery window was til 12/27. never got confirmation email. They stated it was their mistake to not send email.Checked today & delivery window 12/30 - Jan 9th...what!!! 1 month?Confirmation email was never sent & so I missed cancelation window.They will not cancel order, even if not shipped. Not shipped, no tracking info etc Why can't they cancel order!

    I ordered from Double Good on Oct 26, 2024 and paid $48 nearly $50! Youd expect them getting 50% of the profits theyd be a reliable company but no. They steal your money, your kids money, and make it a scam. I was supposed to get my package by Nov 5-15 its now Dec 1st! I gave them the benefit on the doubt when I really shouldnt have. Its been stuck in IL with 0 progress just the label created I need answers cause this is absurd. I order things from overseas and they get here quicker than this company!!

    Ive participated with other fundraising organizations selling popcorn. Double Good is a sham. 1.4oz bag for $20.00. Is robbery. I would never advise any organization to support this company when there are other companies providing higher quality, better tasting, and certainly higher integrity in their transparency. To pay $80+ dollars for the equivalent of $6.00 of popcorn volume. Is beyond a rip-off.

    My child participated in a fundraiser with Double Good. She did not receive credit from all of her supporters. When I reached out to the company I was told the supporter made their purchase through the consumer website and my child would not receive credit for the purchases. I didn't even know they had a consumer website, I thought it was strictly for fundraising. Our supporters clicked the link we were given but were somehow misdirected to the consumer website. I have been going back and forth with customer service for days about this. The company is trying to keep the fundraising funds for a profit. I thought this was a reputable non profit organization but it appears to be a scam.

Upon investigating the situation, I did not find any communication from you regarding the fundraiser not receiving credit from the supporter's purchases. Our platform is primarily for fundraising, however, we do have the option for a consumer to purchase popcorn directly from our site without supporting a specific fundraiser.
    At this time, we are unable to transfer purchases made through our consumer site. Per our terms and conditions, cancelations are should be requested within 24 hrs. In a case such as this, we can possibly cancel and refund the order when the purchase does not go to the intended fundraiser. Please have your supporter(s) reach out to our customer service team to further assist.

    I purchased 4 bags of popcorn from Double Good fundraiser on 10-10-2024. The items pictured did not show weight or volume. I received the items on 10-15-2024, the bags of popcorn are the size of a small bag that cost a dollar at any store. This is outrageous how a company can pray on the kidness of family members and friends that want to support children with this fund raiser. If I knew how small the bags were I would of passed.

    On 3 Aug 24, I placed an order with Double Good for popcorn for $24 in support of a cause.The popcorn ordered was never delivered. ********* customer service, who said the cause was responsible for delivery, but they could not provide a contact to inquire with. They also said they could neither deliver not refund. I placed the order with and paid Double Good, not anyone else. They are ultimately responsible for delivery or refund. I will accept either. Blaming an unidentified third party is unacceptable. Accepting money and not delivering is fraud.

When this option is selected, the customer does not received ********************** directly. Our donation program is for youth educators and healthcare workers nationwide. We ship these orders in bulk directly to these groups rather than to you personally. Per our terms and conditions, refund requests needs to be submitted within 24 hrs of purchase.

    My order was placed 09/17/24 with an estimated delivery date of Sept 26 thru Oct 8. I received an email confirming my order, also indicating a label was created for *****, on 09/24/24, with tracking number ************. I've tracked the order since 09/18/24, and as of today, 10/09/24, the order still has not shipped. I would like my order shipped asap, or REFUND MY MONEY asap. I've attempted to contact the company thru a form they have on line - it does not work - you cannot submit the information. Their automated bot only provides what I've received thru email - confirmation and tracking history. I've paid for a product and the company has not delivered the item(s).
