    I think Double Good is the biggest rip off. I paid $60 for my grandsons school fundraiser for a 6 bag variety pack. There is 2 Oz of popcorn in each small bag @ 10 dollars a bag!!!!!I could have gotten 6 tins of variety popcorn for way less than that on top of me having to spit kernels out that weren't popped. Never again.My grandkids wouldn't even eat it!!!

The quality of our popcorn is something we do not take lightly, which is why teams, non-profits, and schools of all kinds have had tremendous success selling our popcorn.Each bag of popcorn contains approximately 5 cups of popcorn. However, sometimes it can get damaged in transit. We always want to make it right when a customer does not have an ultra premium experience.     The cost for fund raising with this company is ridiculous. To support a friends grandson at his school we ordered a variety pack of popcorn. Three bags with a total of less that 8 oz of so-so popcorn was $26.00. Many chose not to support and the fundraiser suffered. This needs to be looked into as this "price" is criminal.Sad that they are selling this as a fund raiser when they charge prices this high. It needs to be looked into legally.

    ***** - I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. Quality is something we take seriously, which is why so many organization, schools, and teams use us for their fundraising. Each bag of popcorn contains approximately 5 cups of popcorn. However, these bags may sometimes get damaged in transit.Additionally, for each bag of popcorn, 50% of that cost goes towards the fundraiser. As a result from your order $12 went to the fundraiser. It is understandable that some people do not want to participate in fundraisers and that is an individual choice. We appreciate your business and I know your grandson does as well.     I placed an order, and I put the wrong address on the order, and Doublegood is sending me a new order! It was my error and they still took care of me. Great company!

    I ordered on their secure site at 9 pm. The next day someone attempted to use my credit card 4 times. Fortunately my bank declined the charges. I reached out to Double Good. Their response was did you give your card to someone else. You cant order from Door Dash ( where the charges were attempted) I told them that my card was in hand and had not been used in the 12 hours since my order I did not order double good from Door Dash. When asked if they considered one of their employees obtained the card number I was put off and told that was not possible. Please beware before you consider ordering from this company.

    ***** -Back on September 29, I responded to your emails and social media posts (which were later taken down). I did try to call you but we got disconnected. First, let me take this opportunity to apologize for the entire interaction you experienced. It was not how we like to treat our customers. The initial question was not clearly answered and I apologize for that miscommunication. Secondly, I wanted to explain that we do not store credit card information. There is no way for people to access personal financial information. We do not have access to numbers even in the history nor the application.
