  I ordered popcorn and my package was delivered but someone stole it. They refused to give me a refund. Its not fair to me that I spent my money on their products and didnt receive them. I still would like my refund

  Dear ******* - Thank you for your email. I am concerned to hear you did not receive your order. We sent you several emails confirming your order, the delivery, including expected delivery date, and a follow up message after it was delivered but we did not get any replies from you. I saw that you validated your address on April 5 but then we did not hear anything further. Fed Ex shows it was delivered on April 14 at 11:15 am under tracking number ************ (there is a picture of the delivery). Did it not arrive even after you confirmed the address? I will be happy to send you a replacement order. I will get that started today. After you receive our delicious popcorn, if you want to order more, you certainly can order more through our website www.dobulegood.com. Just click the shop popcorn link. Thanks.   It is such a shame that we can only purchase this popcorn, through a fundraiser. I have to be honest. I was extremely disappointed when I saw the size of the popcorn bags, in comparison to the price I paid. I really expected bigger bags. Boy did that change, when I finally had the chance to taste the popcorn! Party in my mouth! This has to be some of the most flavorful, hardy popcorn, I have every had! I went back to the fundraiser link to purchase more and the fundraiser is closed. I am so bummed. I just wish I could buy more. That is why I had to take away 1 star.

You can either chose to support a fundraiser from a pop-up store that you would like to support. Or you may chose to buy popcorn for yourself, where the funds go towards our **************** There is information about the *************** on our Website.   More like double bypass. Thats exactly whats going to happen if you keep eating trash. Just look at the list of forbidden ingredients. Plus, its expensive, and not even organic! You pay all that money for gourmet GMO kernels and toxic chemicals and food coloring such as yellow 6, yellow 5, red 40, which are made from petroleum and cause cancer, aggressions, A.D.D., A.D.H.D, immune disorders and allergic reactions. There should be a warning label on the back of the packaging and let me not fail to mention all the unnecessary sugars and sodium. A whopping ****mg in a **** oz bag. And why are we still using corn syrup, MSG and natural flavors. Why are companies trying to kill us? I dont get it. Theyre rubbing shoulders with Big Pharma. Some of those synthetic dyes are banned in Europe. The *** need to do a better job and the US is more concerned about profits. Thats why they wont change gun laws. Perhaps junk food is the cause of so much mental illness and violence. I just wanted to support my cousins fundraiser, but it was a complete waste, since I have to throw away most of the content or Ill get sick. Cavities, diabetes, high blood pressure, food cravings, aging, acne, brain fog, depression, and weight gain are the reasons why we should stay away from stuff like this. And who makes salt and pepper popcorn. It was strong in my mouth and nose, but one of the cleaner products. I believe they have 3 brands thats ok to eat, the rest in death in a small bag. Double good, why are you in the fundraising business? Please change your list of ingredients. Are you giving back to the community? Are you donating to organizations? Id like to know if youre double good or if this is the ********* of popcorn. Youve been warned.

However, the emails we have sent to your gmail account are still unread. Additionally, one of our other agents responded to your email through Instagram and a replacement has been processed.   I ordered a variety pack with 6 bags of popcorn for $88.00.When the order arrived, I was shocked to see how small the bags with the product were!! They were 2,73 oz each and were less than 2 cups of popcorn!! At almost $15.00/bag, they could do much better. I realize it is a fundraiser, but this is a total scam to the consumer. Don't get sucked into this program.

  Dear ***** -Thank you for your concerns. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. Our flavors do vary in weight depending on the ingredients used. For example, Caramel-Diem weighs more than Butter Believe It because it is enrobed in caramel. However, each bag contains approximately 5 cups of popcorn. The quality of our popcorn is something we do not take lightly, which is why teams, non-profits, and schools of all kinds have had tremendous success selling our popcorn. Your order contributed almost $30 to this fundraiser. The *** Boys Hockey raised over $550. Additionally, I see you spoke to an agent yesterday regarding this issue. It is our normal practice to send complimentary popcorn to you as the funds were already distributed to the organizer for this fundraiser. However, I see that you refused that offer.   I have to say Double Good's quality of popcorn is diminishing every year. The first time I tried it (about 3 or 4 years ago), the cost was high but the quality made it worth the purchase. Fast forward to this year, both the quality and quantity are severely underwhelming. I purchased 9 bags of popcorn for my daughter's fundraiser, but I wish her organization would stop doing this particular fundraiser. Other mothers in our group feel the same way which is why we subjected less of our friends to the solicitation of popcorn this year. Our butter popcorn was literally a bag of bottom of the barrel barely popped kernels that were mostly broken off. You know the kind that constantly get stuck in your teeth. It was so inedible that I forbid my toddler from eating it. Bags of Skinny Pop have better flavor and are more fluffy than this stuff.

  I was skeptical about this fundraiser for my daughters school. But her class of 31 students managed to raise over ****** for their Gradnite trip! The popcorn arrived in less than a week and was really good! *** received numerous emails from family and friends wishing they had purchased more! My only concern is how long does an unopened bag last. I didnt notice an expiration date. Not that I think theyll last past a month. I cant stop eating it and I bought 10 bags!!!!

  Unbelievable poor quality popcorn at exorbitant prices. 1.4 oz butter popcorn for $10. $114 a pound. Tasted like a huge bag of popcorn from ****** for $5 &. ****** is better. Not even crisp, mushy and stale. Threw it away. We spent $29 for 3 bags. Gave the other 2 bags to the trash unopened. Would not give them to anyone we know.PLEASE DONT consider this for your fundraiser! You will have guaranteed disappointment. People will only make this mistake once. I will never participate in a fundraising campaign again that uses Double Good. Pretty sure others feel the same way. Double Pricing or Double Disappointing are more descriptive of what you experience.

It looks like this fundraiser exceeded their goal. Well done! Half of your purchase price went to the fundraiser. We maintain our ultra-premium quality by making our popcorn to order using the finest ingredients and seeds grown on a family farm in *******. Our popcorn is made to order and shipped within 48 hours of being made, so it does not sit on shelves for days, weeks or months, which is how we ensure that you receive the freshest flavor with that perfect crunch. However, sometimes the flavor can be effected during transit due to weather changes. We sent you a replacement order of additional flavors so you can try our popcorn as it was intended.   In 2021 I placed an order for two bags of popcorn and only received one bag. I reached out to the companys Instagram page and ******* account numerous times to let them know that there was a mistake with my order and never heard back from them at all. Didnt even get my money back. The second experience Ive had with them involved a fundraiser for a friends child school trip. I placed a 59 dollar donation for an exchange of 6 bags of popcorn and the email with my confirmation on the order isnt downloading. Im already having issues with proof of purchase and I dont know why I even bothered to order from their company again because of what happened last time but I did want to donate to help a friend. I think double good is running a scam, its not a dependable company. They will only send your order only if they feel like it.

We sent you a couple emails stating the order will be arriving between December 28 and January 9. We sent a follow up email to your email address explaining your order will ship out after January 4, once our facilities re-open after the holidays. Do you have another email we could send the emails to so you get them? Once it leaves our facility you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. As far as your 2021 order, I need more information from you. I was not able to locate your order from 2021 under your name or Gmail account. I left you a voice mail message so we can find out what happened to your order from 2021. Was the order placed under your name? Or a different email address? Regardless, I am happy to send you some popcorn for the troubles you experienced in 2021. This replacement order will come as a separate shipment to you.
