    Participated in a friends daughters fundraiser. I was sent the link - I live in **, they live on the continent. NO WHERE DID IT SAY UNABLE TO DELIVER TO HI. Order should have been here at least by second week of ***. It is now JAN 16; I received another "delayed" email .. I believe it may be the third one. I have asked repeatedly for them to refund. The response was "we already paid out to the fundraiser person". Okay... but what does that have to do with me not getting the product. I have asked them repeatedly to get approval from management since this is a them issue. Nothing. I am disappointed in this company and clearly the product...since I don't have any of them.

    Still haven't received the popcorn after a month. Reached out to them and 2 deadline dates have come and gone. Highly expensive for $1 size bags! Would love to tell you how it tastes but still haven't received my order. This was for a fundraiser at my granddaughters school. Way to drop the bag Double Bad. Hopefully the team gets the money coming to them.

    Hi ********. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is not the experience we wish for our customers to have. Upon investigation, it appears that your order was delivered by USPS (DHL) on 1/14/25. Let us know if your order wasn't received.

    Terrible rip off. Using peoples sentiments to help with kids sports. You end up getting ridiculously over priced pop corn in 3-5 weeks. Terrible company. Do not waste your money on this rip off.

    Ordered 3 weeks ago to help a friends school charity. NEVER AGAIN. Try and get any customer service. All emails are "No Reply" you go to their site you get a bot. No customer service at all. Three weeks and they haven't even shipped!....for overpriced popcorn!

    I received my order today. 4 bags plus 2 plastic packaging air bags fit into a box approximately 9 x 9 x 14. Price before taxes and shipping was $43. Child's sales total only went up by $28 after my purchase, so I have to question the company's integrity. I will never buy from this company again. The bags are ridiculously small and then you pay 8.95 shipping for less than 13 oz. of popcorn. This company is taking advantage of people's desire to help kids to make sales. Yes, the school gets 1/2 of the cost. But that means DoubleGood is STILL getting $6 for a 3.14 oz bag of popcorn, which is horrible for prepackaged product. The product is mediocre at best. The order page doesn't tell you the weight of it, although I did go back and find where it says each bag contains approximately 5 cups of popcorn. There is only a picture of the bags of popcorn with nothing to compare them to. Technically not wrong, but certainly playing every game in the book. The "store" for the school is open for only 1 week, to add extra pressure.They play the customer for everything they're worth. I can't understand how they can have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau with such low ratings. I guess it's because they play games and follow each loophole in the law. Legally, they must be okay, but morally, I would say this company is not. I should have followed my instinct and just written the school a check.

    We tested different timelines for our Online Pop-Up Stores and found that 4 days led to the most success. It gets the fundraiser done quickly, increases a sense of urgency and excitement, and reduces procrastination. We appreciate you for supporting the school in their fundraising efforts, and for being a valued customer.

    I bought $80 worth of Popcorn which included shipping of $10. I received the box of six bags and could not believe how small the bags were. This was for a fundraiser for a university class. You should be ashamed of yourself all the way around. People beware is all I can say !

    I am so disappointed in my order and your company. Just received my order and cant believe I paid over 65 dollars for snack size popcorn. My daughters sorority selected to use your company for their fall fundraiser and while I thought the popcorn was overpriced, I expected to receive larger bags! I am mortified that my daughter ask family, friends, and colleagues to purchase this item. I also work at the university and will ensure our leadership is aware of my concerns!. Normally, I would silently complain about my dissatisfaction, but your company has completely taken advantage of young college student wanting to raise some money that will be used for their organization and charitable ***************** time, I will write a check directly to the *************** better! Order

    We made a purhase an order for my niece fundraiser, We have been consistently trying to have a conversation concerning our order which was NEVER DELIVERED and to no avail. We ***** tried to use the chat bot and that doesnt work either. All we wanted was to get our popcorn and support our niece in the fundraiser. I guess WE WILL NEVER SEE OUR PACKAGE. I DIDNT WANT TO BELIEVE THAT we may have been ripped off. Super ***** that we cant believe in trustworthy business any longer.*.*****

I see you were able to get in touch with our customer service team today. They are processing a replacement order for you today. You should receive the details on that replacement later today. Glad we were able to get this resolved so quickly.

    I also feel very upset by how much I spent versus what I received. I would much rather just give kids direct donations. This is ridiculous.
