      I got a quote for my roof with ********* ***** And agreed on the project under the promise of getting a financing agreement with favorable conditions when I saw the financing agreement I didnt like it and call him the next day and told him Im not going ahead with the project.3 days later he call me and try to force me to go ahead with the project and when I refused he tried to claim if I didnt go ahead with it they would charge me a 15% fee which made no sense because I informed him that Im not going ahead with it the next day because of the high interest rates offered by the finance ********** careful with this company because it may look like a good company but they use mafia like tactics to twist your arm into a bad deal.

      Customer could not get approved with the initial proposal sent to the finance company, the finance company countered with an offer at a higher interest rate, the sales person did not know this happened (this was his first time attempting to finance a project). Customer thought we bumped the rate or bait and switched him. 
       
      Neither was the case. Just a misunderstanding of the process by the salesperson - he has since been trained up on the financing process to ensure this does not happen again. 
       
      We attempted to contact the customer back in December about this, however - he has not responded to us.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      the salesman was rude and unprofessional with me. He didnt explain the financial issues instead threatened me if I didnt go ahead with the project with a higher interest rate Ill have to pay a cancellation fee.

      he failed to mention that I have the right to cancel it within a certain timeframe 3 business days.

      I was within the timeframe and had the right to cancel it. I told him that but he still insisted that I would be charged a cancellation fee.

      I just want to be clear I didnt get any communication from the business confirming the contract cancellation so I sent an email, voicemail and text to confirm my cancellation.

      As mentioned in our previous response - the sales *** in question was brand new and did not fully understand the financing process when he outlined it for Mr ********* We have since updated our training process to ensure no *** enters the field for *** without a full understanding of how financing works. I throughly apologize to Mr ******** for his experience, and although I cannot go back in time and fix it - I want him to know I have made company wide changes to make sure no other customer of *** has to go through what he went through. 

      Regarding the cancellation fee - as soon as it was clear what happened here, ASI discontinued our pursuit of a cancellation fee. Mr ******** has the right to cancel any contract within the outlined (3) day right of recision. The only reason we have not reached out to the Mr ******** is for fear of upsetting him further. 

      I hope he can understand that (1) *** does not define ASI - we will continue to learn and grow from issues that arise and hope he can understand that, although things did not work out, *** as a company has the best intentions when working with our potential customers.
