  *** completed my roof repairs. They were reasonable and communicated their process thoroughly. I never felt like I was one of the many customers but their top customer. Weekly communication and answered any questions I had. Completed all permits and got approval from the association on their own. The supplies weren't just dumped on my properly for a later date of install. The same day they brought the supplies with them. Cleaned up thoroughly including a magnetic roller to pick up any nails. I could not be happier with the result. 5 stars. I will recommend them to others.

  After a recent but brief hail storm a man came to my door. I asked to leave. "*****" persisted in selling and tried to leave his card. I told him to leave again and finally had to close the door on him. I put a sign on my door " no roof solicitors" and placed a brochure on my door. Harassing business practice.

  Right after the recent hail storm, I was inundated with several roofing companies asking to do a roof inspection. Many of them inspected from the street level and a couple got on the roof for a cursory inspection of just a few minutes.Only ******* ******* of ASI Construction got on the roof for a whole hour, taking several photos of hail damage.He made a very detailed report for my home insurance company. My insurance accepted it and paid for the claim for the roof AND gutter damages.Both he roof and gutter workers did an excellent job and they deserve a 5 star rating!******* ********* **********, **

  My dealings with ASI Construction were excellent! Malachi was extremely knowledgeable about the whole project from A to Z. I was helped with the insurance part and I was constantly kept up to date about the roofing procedure and before I knew it the roof was up, and the siding was up and the area was as clean as can be! I was treated with respect (most important to me) from everyone involved. Even neighbors have made comments about how courteous Malachi is-and absolutely no pressure involved. I would definitely recommend *** to anyone!! And I have heard of some people not being treated very well with other companies-so I am thankful and impressed with the service I received!!

  A Slightly kinder gentler version of the Famous Chicago area criminals that we all know of. Met the sales guy in a parking lot by chance. Asked him about his business.. The storm chasers had been through the neighborhood a month or 2 earlier. He came. They grabbed the ball. actually made it pretty easy with the insurance company. Said, you will have a new roof by Halloween. Nov 7 comes around I call and get the we are waiting for ?????. We can keep your money for 6 months The weather was a little iffy between rain and temperature. Then they try to tell me that I am the one who declined the work because of the weather. I now have 2 good clues abut the toxic behavior of this company. Lying and shaking the insurance company down and attempting to gaslight me. they did eventually get it done after I bitched enough. There was a few good days and they worked into the night the day before Thanksgiving. . They left scraps and nails in the yard, on the driveway. at least $1000 worth of material in the driveway. No follow up QC inspection. They came to the house 2x expecting me to sign an insurance check over them. It was the second one. And would have covered the bill. However. After the 1 visit I said send me and invoice but they showed up again like gangsters. Called me 11+ times while sitting in from t of my house . . after I had just had a conversation with them. I then get a threat in the mail or email about reporting me for insurance fraud. . I was absolutely willing to pay them except they were just too aggressive with their collection methods. which a illegal. Not to mention the claim they make for is 8K more than the contract amount. Beware of these guys.

  They made two different appointments to come to look at my garage roof. First time no call no show. Then about a week later they called and said there was a scheduling conflict and apologized. Made another appointment and again no call no show.
