The first incident happened on September 17,2023 I had taken my Jeep over to them for them to evaluate the problem. Because I was hearing a whining noise while driving and squealing noise. On my Jeep so ********* said that he was going to have one of his guys to test drive it and let me know what the problem was. They tell me they didn't hear anything while driving it and they wrote it on the invoice paper that was given to me, while driving I'm at a red light and I notice something red that was left under the hood so, so I pulled over and let the hood up and found a medium size bolt that went to something on my truck and a plastic cap that went to a product that was not part of my truck. I called them and left a voicemail about the problem no one returned my call till the next day, and I told *********, and I took it back to them, but they never stated what they had took it off of. so, I left there and went to work that night and was still hearing it and so I had told my co-worker about it and he was hearing it when he asked me to start it up. My co-worker told me to take it back to them the next morning because before I clocked out from work, he approached me and showed me a big pool of antifreeze on the ground and when I took the truck back they had my truck for 4-5 days and given me a loaner car that real dark tent on all of the windows except for the windshield I couldn't really see out of the windows to drive to and from work. And this time while having it another service manager stated that he was going to have them to check everything that I had asked to check which were these things brakes, rotors, tires while fixing the water pump system that they replaced, when it was time to pick it back up I'm getting brake fluid and was putting it its compartment and find 2 white round caps off and placed in the same place as well. I called up to them again and asked why you are all so careless by keep leaving parts off my truck. Francisco ******** was just come back.

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from ******************, **** at *********************************************************************. When I bought the car, the dealer also sold me the used car insurance offered by their affiliate, URboss at ***************************** ************, **. The car cost $35,000, with a down payment of $2500. Three months ago, my car started knocking, so I called the insurance company and was referred to the URboss repair shop at the above address. Initially, the mechanic said that I had to buy 3 replacement parts, a cost of $150.00 as a copay. When the parts arrived, they were installed, but the knocking continued before even leaving the shop. The mechanic looked again and said I needed a completely new engine, which is not covered by the insurance. It would cost $11,000. I decided to take my car to a different mechanic to get a second opinion. The URboss shop manager then told me he could replace the motor for $5,000.00 in labor costs but the motor would be guaranteed. I decided to get a second opinion anyway because the reviews of the URboss shop were not good. In the meantime, I don't have a car and am using a truck from my company. I would like my $3000.00 refunded for the insurance I bought. I don't trust this company and do not want to do any business with them .
