    They don't deserve one star this is the worst company in the world the have horrible customer service, they do not complete the work with a timely fashion, they give the run around and copays are way too high. They have had my car for two weeks with vague updates given a out estimated time the job will be completed and do not honor rentals it been so hard to rent a car with insurance I was forced to get by ****************** they are the worst best advise don't go thru them

    Horrible service this company is a rip off I have been paying them every time to fix my truck and every time they fix something on the truck it always has to be reduced now I have just paid them again to fix a throttle on my truck that they said was the reason that the truck was steady cutting off and the problem is still not fixed I have had so many issues with this company about this truck it's ridiculous and now I'm out of a truck because the truck keep cutting off now they want to tell me I need to take the truck to ***** and have them to look at it after they have taken my money this is so unprofessional and inconsiderate and a inconvenience to me I pay my car note every 2 weeks and it's a piece of c*** they are giving people wrong information on their cars so u can keep coming back to them since it's apart of your warranty which is so sad they have had my truck for about ***** times doing work orders on this truck every since I got the truck back in October of 2022 the first 2 weeks the truck kept going to the shop for them to fix it then they had the car the week of thanksgiving n then I get it back check engine light come back on n then they keep my truck for almost 9 days just for it to go back in the shop because 2 days after I got the truck from them the engine went out and they had the truck from December 13 2021 until February 2022 n then the check engine light come back on that same day I really need some help with this company because they are ripping me off because they are not doing what they should be doing to help out the customer
