These people are very unprofessional and they are scammers or take advantage of the less fortunate Rent has went up 3 years in a row all the way up to come in this January it will be ************************** my apartment was ************************************************************************************************************************************************ two later they hit us with another fee talking about renters insurance come to find out when I call the people that I had to pay for rentals insurance they said this is for new renters only being that I was already there for 3 years that didn't seem right to me so that was some sideway s*** going on they don't take responsibility for their actions of when a customer give them a payment and they s**** it up and put it on something else and then they want to come back after you for the money that was old that you already gave to them and then they want to put late charges on it they want to be all in your bank account bank statements all of that which I feel like is just absolutely ridiculous whatever I make shouldn't matter long as this rent is getting paid not only that I asked them to fix my tub it took them a whole year to fix my tub I may complaints about noise nothing has never got done people are blasting music at 5:00 a.m. in the morning I called the office left a message I still have yet to receive a phone call ********** is very unprofessional and unorganized and do not take accountability for their mistakes making it harder on the renter and hitting them with late charges and fees then another question I have is if this building is income-based obviously people is living here who can't afford certain amounts of rent so why would you go all All the way up to 1120 this apartment complex need to be investigated
