    I have made maintenance requests since early May to have our air conditioning fixed to ************************ property manager ********************* via text, phone call, in- person communication, and maintenance request through our Dynasty Portal (I can provide documentation upon request). Our central air conditioning has not yet been fixed despite promises from maintenance and management. Our apartment currently averages ***** degrees a night and is unlivable for my girlfriend and I. We have a stationary unit that was given to us in the meantime by maintenance, but it does not work properly and blows hot air out the back. This makes our 84 degree apartment even warmer and unlivable. We have been loyal tenants to ************* and Tower for over 2 years. My and I have to purchase and live in a hotel room last night and tonight because the apartment is so hot. ***** promised me people would be here to fix the ** yesterday, 06/19/2024. When I called maintenance to ask if someone had fixed our ** unit, maintenance said they never came to fix your **, you were not on the list. ***** has not responded to messages I have sent via text about when someone will be there to fix our unit.

    I have been leasing a townhome from Dynasty property since October 2018. I recently made a request to have my doorbell repaired as it stopped working a family friend who is an electrician, looked at the doorbell and told me that the amp that powers the doorbell requires replacement, and it is not a strong enough amp to power a doorbell. I submitted a request for maintenance to replace the amp and was told that they would not replace the amp for the doorbell as a doorbell is not required in a home. When I first moved into the unit in October 2018 the doorbell was working it is now 2023 and the doorbell does not work and they refuse to repair replace the doorbell. My monthly rent is $1225 which I pay every month. I find it unprofessional to not want to make repairs on a rental property that you own. Every time that I have submitted a maintenance request whether is in regards to the basement flooding and getting that cleaned and sanitized by maintenance or if its to fix an electrical outlet the wait time for the repair has been between three weeks to a month. My opinion, the owners of dynasty property do not care about their residence, nor care to keep their units in a functioning manner. They only come around to fix things when they think the city is going to do an inspection on the unit this is bad and terrible business and I am highly disappointed and I will not be renewing my lease next year with dynasty properties. And I will report them to the housing authority as well.

    Since September 2022 I have been trying to get maintenance request done. It is now May and I have put in three other maintenance request and they still havent been done. I have doors falling off the hinges, closet, doors, falling over, and my tub is not letting water out right. Ive threaten not to pay my rent until these issues have been resolved. I have emails and pictures to support.
