    Ive lived here since December 3rd of 2022 and its been nothing but h*** trying to get these people to come and maintain this apartment that I RENT. Since march of 2023 Ive been contacting ***** at the office once a week sometimes more regarding COCKROACHES and she does not care. Their is an infestation in our building and she told me to take care of it my self. *** contacted health department and they told me to withhold my rent until they do something about it- I withheld my rent and they put a eviction on my record! I have 2 babies that live here in these conditions not just my self and this is a health hazard!!! I dont know what to do at this point! An eviction is on your record for 7 years and they wont come take care of the problem so now its like me and my kids are forced to stay here in these conditions! I dont understand how theirs a eviction on my record when I still live here and pay rent every month?!

    I lived on ********************* in ************************* for about one year, But when I vacated the the place I was given false info regarding couple of extra days to turn in the keys I was told by the proper manager that they will charge me about $21.76 per day for staying after the 1st of the month. I received a itemized list of charges that caused me my deposit of $675 plus extra $75 When I called her she told me that she wasn't aware that I will lose my deposit, She is the manager of the property can you believe it.
