    ******** pushed me to switch from my local pharmacy to affinity. They have not included medications, mostly my PRN for headaches due to a brain tumor, messed up the dosage on my seizure meds. Discontinued one of my heart failure meds, I am trying to get in to see my cardiologist but in the meantime Ive put on almost 20 lbs of fluid. Several times they have sent me warm insulin and when I called to complain was told it was still fine to use but my glucose numbers still went up with the warm insulin. I contacted my local pharmacy this morning to transfer it back, but because it was just filled with warm insulin my ******** wont pay to replace it.

    Affinity was supposed to deliver all medications to my home, but some havent arrived and I have been out of a crucial medication for 9 days. I called them several times last week and even left a message, but no one called me back until today.I received a call back from *******, who told me the medication was shipped nine days ago. I told her I didnt receive the medications. I also told **************** called her company several times and even left a message asking when the medications were coming. ****** became very rude when I asked if she could confirm again, if the medications were coming soon. She replied she had already told me the information and said Im not repeating this again. I was so surprised at her rudeness, I asked for her manager, but she said no was there except for her, and besides she is the owner of Affinity.I told her I would like to cancel all my prescriptions with them after receiving this current batch, which she said was sent out on August 29. She replied she would try to stop the current delivery! I asked her again, if she could keep the current delivery, because I need these crucial medications and cancel all future prescriptions. When I asked her again she saidwhat did I just say. Affinity is difficult to reach on the phone, they are rude when you do speak to them and worst of all, they are not consistent with the delivery of crucial medications.
