  My meds arrive late each month, the employees are rude and unprofessional. I Switched back to *******. it might be inconvenient to go to ******* each month to pick up my meds, at least I will have them on time and not persistently late.

  Please do not trust the place to give you your medicines on time. I had a box come late and I was out of important medicines that help me sleep because of a condition I have. I called told the pharmacist who has no social skills. Because I did not have my medicine I did not sleep that night and it threw off my whole week. A week ago I noticed the loose pills in my box. I take them all out and notice the package open one pill completely missing and one pill looked like its been crushed. I asked if they could send me just those two pills. I've called now 4 times today and the girl in shipping told me they take pictures of the packages and mine was intake. As if I was lying. These aren't narcotics! I then spoke to my assigned pharmacy lady and told her I want all my prescriptions sent to my local pharmacy and I was done with them. Do not use this company. They are no good!

  Affinity Pharmacy is very unprofessional and rude, they assigned a 3rd party to deliver their medication and it has been by far my worst experience, Affinity never lets you know that your meds are due, the 3rd party delivery service never lets you know when you have meds that are going to be delivered, Affinity filled my prescription, the delivery service delivered it to someone that wasn't me, they then tried to retrieve which they were unsuccessful, Affinity lied to try to cover their behind with the insurance company said that the driver delivered it to me and I signed for it, which is a lie, they are supposed to hand deliver it to the customer, the first 2 times I received it they left it with the front desk and not to me, this time they took it to the wrong apartment, but told the ********** something different, one of their employees told the truth today as to what really happened the day my meds were supposed to be delivered, she stated that the driver delivered it to the wrong address and tried to retrieve it but it was too late, I filed a grievance against Affinity Pharmacy for lying and saying that the delivery service hand delivered my package and I signed for it, for their negligence and their unwillingness to help me get new meds after they lost them, one of their employees was very rude and unprofessional to me on the phone after I stated that I filed a grievance against them and that I want to cancel my membership with them.

  This service is absolutely amazing. Has made getting and taking my medications so much easier for me. Anyone I have spoken with is knowledgeable and helpful. Cant say enough good things.

  I've only been using them for about 4 months and the only delivery I have received on time was the first month. No one answers the phone most of the time. They also don't return voicemails. There are several people I have spoken to there that are very rude on the phone. It is scary when you depend on medications to breathe.
