      This company does NOT allow subleasing (even though they give you the assumption that they "could" on the contract) and will recharge admin ($150) and reletting ($500 - What a scam!). Go elsewhere! They will price gouge and charge you multiple times!

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our lease transfer policies and understand how this may have caused frustration.
      While we do not offer subleasing, we do offer reletting instead. This process ensures that there is a full transfer of the lease agreement between residents so there's no overlap. Our reletting policy is designed to protect all residents and maintain the integrity of our lease agreements. In regard to the associated fees, we aim to offer flexibility where possible, but our reletting guidelines are necessary to maintain consistency and accountability. Not only within our specific community but within the overall market as well.
      That said, we genuinely value your input; your concerns will be used to review and improve our policies.       Your response does nothing to help the situation for ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS! Your contract states that you allow subleasing "at your discretion" but that's a false claim because it's NOT account. Be transparent with your customers and JUST STATE the obvious. "You do NOT allow subleasing". Your company is misinforming your customers and it's NOT the right way of doing business.
