    Stay away. Absolutely the most shady service I have ever delt with. Will absolutely leave you stranded. Waited 4 hours for them to show up only for them to pull away so they could tell my road side assistance that we cancelled the service. Called them back and they made up a story of us being aggressive and that they had video proof. Shady shady shady. Worst business out there.

    This company was a third party towing company that was used by ********, I was told by pep boys that the charge was $85 for the tow, once the tow truck driver arrived I was called by redline towing and they said that it would cost me an additional $40. It is outright stealing to charge someone additional money when that was not what was agreed upon. ******** refunded me the $40 and said that should never happen. This company is praying on people in need and its pathetic.

    I have roadside insurance. I needed my car towing. Redline was sent. The driver, ******* not sure about spelling, told me it was $200 cash for him to get the car onto the truck. He had to have the dispatcher call me and straighten it out. No chage. Then he get the car, he asked a tip. The told me, he dropped my car in front of their door and never talked to them or gave them my keys. They had to search the car for the keys.

    Do not use these ******!!! They towed my 2023 Jeep to the wrong address (a home on a busy street). Then called me demanding $150 to bring it just a mile away to the correct address. I refused and called Jeep. Jeep redirected them to a Jeep dealership. Then they brought it to the WRONG dealership 7 miles in the wrong direction. I called them to make it right and they said no if I want it moved again, I would have to pay again and HUNG up on me. I called back 6 times and was hung up on each time. **** told me they are not going to use this company for emergency service any longer. I hope that is true.

    I needed to have my car towed on *****. My contact at Red Line told me how soon I would receive a tow and sent me the towing persons Driver's license for identification verification.Red Line kept me updated continuously on his arrival time.The service person arrived quickly and after getting out of his truck politely greeted me and asked if I was doing alright. He was compassionate, kind and caring. He reassured me and me feel that everything would be ok and that he would get me safely home.I cannot tell you how much this driver went above and beyond the regular pick-up and tow that I experienced in past years from other companies. *********************** is a stellar employee and fine individual. Congratulations to Red Line for having him as a driver.

    This company is a JOKE I have All-State Roadside assistant w/100 miles a towing. I call them to assist my Grandson they came out hook up vehicle then requested $75.00 cash.I don't have a deductible on this policy. He dropped the car and left my grandson stranded. I don't what kind of scam u guys a r running but ran ur course.

    Redline towing is biggest fraudulent tow company in North America. They will tell you every lie on earth to get your car towed to their storage facility, if you fall for it, you're done for. They demanded I pay $1515 for having my vehicle at their facility for less than 6hrs. These guys are crooks and someone in the regulatory space should address this matter. This should not be allowed to continue. They're a big shame, a set of people with no integrity whatsoever.

    As an employee you don't get fair wages ,insurance, medical coverage They pay cash under the table Discrimination and unjustified work ethics.Fraudulent, delinquent ownership and dispatch.
