    Fradulant tow company, will hold your car hostage and charge ridiculous prices to get it back. I was in a accident on October 10th 2022, which was a Saturday night. Allstate sent this company Redline Towing to take my truck to the Collisoin Shop. The driver tried to collect $250 from me on site and when I said no my insurance covers my tows and he couldn't take it then I would get another tow company. He then called his dispatch and said he made a mistake and I didn't have to pay. He did not take my truck to the ******** place he took it to his company Redline Towing and supposedly put my truck in "storage". That Monday when I get to the ******** place my truck was not there and Redline refused to bring it unless I paid these fees. Fees that they would not tell why and what the fee was. I spent more than week trying to get my car from them. The emplyees are rude, they hang up on you, curse at you and not just me but with the Allstate representatives as well. Allstate had to pay them $1375 to get my truck from them and this was the negotiated price. On top of that they would not take the money over the phone I had to go there and pay them in cash. If your insurance company dispatch this company say NO!!! I'm warning for your own good> They are crooks!!!
