On 6/16/2025 my family and I reserved two parking spots at the Parking Spot ********************, **********. The drop off was very easy using the ** code sent with our reservations. Upon our return on 6/20/2025 we arrived back in the ************** on time as expected at 1:30 PM, went through customs and walked to the shuttle pick up area at the airport. There was a Parking Spot shuttle sitting in the area but it was for West and not east. We stood at that area for over 15 minutes before a parking spot east shuttle arrived but others were waiting in front of us and it filled up immediately.We all tried to flag down the next shuttle knowing that this group of over 25 persons now were standing exactly where the last shuttle picked up. The driver saw all of us in that entire group and just simply bypassed us and moved another 50 feet down the line. There was absolutely no reason that the driver couldnt stop where the bulk of the passengers were waiting for him.We all hustled to get to the shuttle and when we confronted the driver about why he didnt stop he became very rude telling us that this was his last shift before going home and that he didnt stop because he didnt see us flagging him down and yelling for him to stop. We ended up putting our own luggage on the shuttle except for one large bag from the group behind us.This is unacceptable behavior and the fact that even after the first shuttle driver came and we explained that we had several large groups waiting. He assured us that he would call in and let the dispatcher know that more shuttles were needed immediately. 40 minutes of waiting, a lack of available shuttles, a disgruntled employee driver, and an attitude toward the passengers is unacceptable. I called last week Monday before purchasing the *********** was told that I had to set a reservation first before buying the *******. I did that. I parked my car on 6/3/25 & returned 6/7/25 to my dismay I was told that they couldnt honor my Groupon because I had to put the Groupon code in my reservation. I explained that I was told by an employee of the parking spot to do the opposite. They refused to honor it and kept me on the premises for well over an hour with my wife and six yr old child in the car. We were just returning back home from celebrating her birthday. This is by far one of the most heinous acts Ive seen done to a customer. The police were called and they said even though I was right there wasnt much they could do. I ended up paying $88.19. My Groupon wasnt honored, I would like a refund for both Groupons I bought. I never want to do or be involved in any type of business with this company again. The people who i dealt with and or lied to me were ***** *****, **** and mgr ***** *****, who refused to come speak to me directlyThe Parking Spot

If you're thinking about it.... DON'T DO IT!! Reservation are not needed, unless you don't want to be completely gouged with renting a bit of concrete ($25+PER DAY). So, then you'll need to make a reservation 24 hours....no...48 hours...wait....2 weeks ahead of your trip (according to employees, customer service, and their website the amount of time you need to make a reservation varies. No one has a straight answer). Further, if you are delayed or your flights are canceled, they will take zero accountablilty and **** you off on the airlines to get compensated. I will regret parking here until my dying breath. Park ANYWHERE else.The Parking Spot

Hi Nisa! We ALWAYS recommend booking a reservation for the best rate. We recommend booking at LEAST 2 weeks in advance for the best rate but also have different reservation options for flexibility. If you flight was cancelled by the airline, we provide full refunds with proof that the airline cancelled the flight. If I could leave a 0, I would have. I booked a reservation for 10 days at 160 total. When I extended my stay for 4 days, they recalculated it and charged me a total of $320. Almost double the original rate. When I tried to reach out and call customer service, they have no phone support and the people who replied to me were very rude and nasty and gave me bizarre rules that were being made up as it was going on.When I asked the case to be escalated, the person wrote back there is nothing they can do and I need to pay the amount. When I mentioned that I will escalate to credit card, the person said " go ahead".What???? I am shocked that after 10 years of being their customer, and so many free days, this is the way they are treating this case?Zero for customer serviceThe Parking Spot

Do not book here. They use a bait and switch. I checked the parking price yesterday and the total after taxes was 91 and change. It was a heck of a good price so I entered my card number and hit the book button and the receipt on the next **** said 159.! I wouldn't of booked at that price. I felt so cheated that a company can get away with such fraudulent business practices and of course no answer from support. Outright fraud!The Parking Spot

I wouldn't even give them one star. The customer service is terrible. They never respond to emails, and it's impossible to speak to anyone directly. Their AI support is completely useless. I was a Platinum member with Park'n Fly before Parking Spot took over, and it was a much better experience back then. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all their airport locations.The Parking Spot

1 starLeft our vehicle at the parking spot at *********** March 5-8. Parked in covered parking and when we returned our vehicle was completely covered with bird droppings. These werent just regular droppings they were from a large bird such as a hawk or owl. I spent all day scrubbing off my car after forking out $60 bucks. Been parking there for years but its time to look elsewhere. Why spend your hard earned $ only to spend hours to clean up a mess.Review fromDANIEL F

1 starDON'T USE THESE CROOKS!!! We made a "Pay Now" reservation at The Parking Spot East in ****** for August. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip, which also meant that we had to cancel our Parking Spot reservation. Since we pre paid, we found out that our reservation fees were NON-REFUNDABLE! They don't have a customer service number, so you can't talk to anyone. These crooks took us for $178.92. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!Review fromTony N

1 starParking Spot took over the *** in ** last year. Prices went up CONSIDERABLY and there is "zero" flexibility for cancellations on Reservations. When it was *********** you could cancel up to the day before without ANY penalty. So they jacked up the pricing, saying it is now "supply and demand" and changes daily. That is complete BS because their competition doesn't do that, and at more than half the price. I have parked there for 11 years, and they don't care at all. Business travel changes often, so not having the flexibility to cancel or change the reservations is a huge disservice. The only way to get more competitive pricing is to wait for promos to get emailed to you. Normally they are around 25% discounts. They basically charge you 25% more every other day, and will get you closer to "airport" parking charges with the so called "promo". I have had my reservation cancelled on me, and said I never exited. Then I come in next trip and it says I am already in the lot. I had to have someone let me in manually. When I went to check out, it had me in their system parked therefore almost a month. So you can imagine what that would cost at their rates. I was livid. And of course, like everyone else stated, they don't want to talk to you, just hide behind emails if they even respond, and when they do respond, they are rude. Needless to say, I am going to probably burn through my month worth of free parking that I collected under ***, and ditch the ParkingSpot for any future business. They are horrendous and their customer service is pathetic. Some of the drivers are the exception, knowing its not their fault. But if they treat their employees like they treat their customers, I would expect high turnover. I miss ***.
