      The parking spot in KC is charging incorrect rates based on both the prices shown at the checkpoint and the prices shown on the website
      When I pulled up to the checkpoint it was about 9 dollars a day for parking.
      when I returned and was charged it was 12 dollars a day for uncovered parking.
      I hit the call button and waited 15 minutes for someone to help, she wasn't busy she was sitting in the building staring at me as I waited.
      I asked about the price and was told
      - reservations change the price, which is not said anywhere.
      - 9 dollars is never a price they have, it was literally on the shown screen at the checkpoint and on the website as a rate if you make a reservation, as well as the fact she said the price is 12 dollars on average
      - The price is variable, but somehow was always exactly 12 dollars a day which mean the price was not what was shown on entry
      - She then stared at me until I paid and giggled at my dissatisfaction about the price
      - I then called after and was told that rate isnt variable its based on the day you come in
      - was also told the price is never below 9 and 12 isnt the average
      - Overall I was told 12 dollars is the price because it is, even though it is shown nowhere and only the lower price is shown. This wasnt a problem a year ago they used to be much better.

      I have been very disappointed. I had parked for four days, while flying out of town. I returned home on a late night flight. I went to start up my truck to go home and my truck wouldn't start. I watched the gas gauge go from a half of a tank, down to zero. Got out of the truck and noticed black staining on the ground. It looked as if someone spilled gas as they were trying to siphon it from my gas tank.After getting security and the person in charge at night, it was noticed that the gate in the chain link fence, a few cars down, was wide open. It had a bike cable that had been cut.While gas was being added to the tank, I watched it leak out of the bottom of the gas tank, realizing two holes had been drilled in the gas tank.This all ended up being around midnight and I had to work the next day at 5am. I had to call out of work. I couldn't get a rental car for two days, since there weren't any in stock until then. My insurance covered most of the cost, but I was left out of pocket with a deductible, extra rental car fees, a half of a tank of gas gone and missed work. They just said they were not responsible for any of it and didn't pay a ***** for anything. Why do they have insurance for the business? You pay to park in a secure place and this is what happens. I could have just parked for free next door, in a field.

      As an employee at The location that is near *** doesn't care about their busses/shuttles. The air conditioning system in the rear of the bus barely or doesn't work. Also I've noticed that several busses have mechanical issues. I've reported these issues and got laughed at. I was Informed that the company doesn't perform pre/post trip inspections on the vehicles. I heard on the radio the other day that another bus lost the serpentine belt and lost all radiator fluid. The dispatcher told driver to continue dropping off guests and try to return to base afterwards. I've been in other busses that have other mechanical problems or safety issues. But the facility doesn't care. I was in another bus recently and the floor mat wasn't glued down to the floorboard and bunched up under the pedals. I had to keep adjusting the floormat so it wouldn't be under the pedals. This is a safety issue. That same bus also has steering issues. This isn't how a business should be ran. Employees should be able to do pre/post trip inspections and report on any issues and not be ignored. I wouldn't recommend potential guests and employees come to these locations.

      Used the parking spot *** for the first time today. Never again.My husband is handicapped. We asked to be dropped off at ************.We have used other parking services and were dropped off at the Marriotts front door. The parking spot driver dropped us off at baggage claim and told us he is not allowed to go to the Marriott. I said what am I supposed to do?I was told, you will have to walk over there. I replied that my husband cannot walk that far. The driver said, you can probably get a wheelchair inside and left us there with 3 pieces of luggage and a carry on. Lucky for me there was a lovely lady cleaning in the baggage area and she got me a luggage cart. A TSA agent got me a wheelchair. I then had to push my husband through the airport to the hotel. My husband held on to the luggage cart as I pushed both the wheelchair and the cart. It was a nightmare and by the time I arrived at the hotel, I was in tears, The lady at the front desk at the Marriott assured me that they welcome shuttles from parking areas to drop off guests. I must also add they we have an early flight tomorrow. Our daughter passed away suddenly on Thursday and we are going to her memorial service .

      Dear Mr. F****:
      Having no other way to reach you (how inconvenient), I write to you today to express my dismay at my recent attempt to cancel a reservation for the period of March 16, 2023 to March 24, 2023. Due to a family illness, we will not be able to complete our travel plans and our pre-paid fee (Res.# ) is not refundable nor is it in any way applicable to future parking.
      So, it would appear you have my $50. At the expense of a 90 year old woman, your company and, ultimately you, profit. Shady business practice of which I would be ashamed to be a part.

      The Parking Spot policy is that the rate for every day is set based on the rate first day you arrived. For example, we parked for a three week trip on the Friday of the holiday weekend. The holiday weekend rate was $14+ per day but... rather than lower that rate after the holiday weekend we were charged for 21 days at $14+ per day. We had a $350 parking **** !We here told "the rate was posted" but the kiosk was down when we arrived and we were ushered through the gate by an individual who have us no 'heads up' to the policy. The policy is a form of price gouging regardless as no one would/should expect the rate to continue beyond the holiday weekend.Also, there is no way to leave a comment or contact a customer service representative through their website... very convenience to avoid criticism or hear from an unsatisfied customer.
