    I purchased a Kenmore Intuition vacuum in 04/2022 the dust bag cover wouldnt latch after the first use an I called CS to complain. They sent me a replacement cover but that didnt work either. They then offered to send me a new vacuum but after a month of waiting it still hadnt arrived when I called they asked me if I would prefer a refund and I said yes. Then I was told that refunds were handled by the front office and only via email.I sent all the information and when another month went by and still nothing I wrote to them again, still no reply! My patience is worn thin and I have no recourse except to report them to the BBB. Communication via phone is impossible. Thank you for your help

    I bought a Kenmore refrigerator from ****** in September 2021. In early June, the refrigerator stopped cooling and the frost free freezer froze over. Because it is under the 1 year warranty, I contacted Kenmore. I have waited through 2 repair appointments and both technicians deemed the refrigerator unrepairable and requested a replacement. I've had more than 20 phone calls with Kenmore trying to get the replacement, but they have said it is under review. I just got notice today that they want to send out a 3rd technician to look at it. We've been with out a refrigerator for more than a month and a half with no timeframe for getting this resolved. I think they are hoping that I will just buy one and not cost them with the replacement.
