    I am rejecting this response because: 

    1.  The owner continues to refer to the thermometer as an indicator of the refrigerator being "fixed" which is not the case here.  Even if the temperature reading on the thermometer matches the internal temperature it does not mean that the problem is fixed (it's not.)  Also, if the business owner believed installing a simple thermometer to gage the temperature would have indicated if there is a problem or not, why then charge me over $800 when he could have measured the accuracy of the fridge temperature first, before changing parts that may have nothing to do with the original problem?    

    2. The business owner is ignoring A BIGGER issue, which is his unprofessional behavior toward his costumer.  When I called to express my concerns regarding the refrigerator, he became angry, screaming, used offensive language and was very abusive.  He dismissed my concerns, was offensive and would not allow me to speak.  I repeatedly asked him to lower his voice but he continued to verbally abuse me.   I paid for a professional service but received nothing but unprofessional and humiliating treatment.  As a woman, I was treated with ignorance and disrespect which may have been different if the costumer was a male.  

    This business prides itself for being professional with excellent reviews however, a well established and reputable company would never engage in name calling, abusive behavior and discriminatory treatment.

    busive. I was very upset, terrified at what just happened and excused myself from the call. I was afraid that he would come to my place to harm me and my family. His rage was unjustified, he disrespected me and took advantage of the situation because I was a woman. Neither ******* nor his company should be allowed to operate given his poor anger management. His inability to control his temper can put other costumers at risk of harm. I fear that if ******* was present in person, and exploded as he did via phone, the situation would have ended in a tragedy.

    Thank you for your reply as it is highly appreciated. Can you please upload your thermometer out company installed for red of charge to make sure your refrigerator was reading properly manufactured setting is between 36 and 40 degrees you had put all your temperature and the thermometer read correctly each and ever time after our repair You can put your refrigerator to your desired temperature if you want but manufacturer recommends between 36 and 40 our Company stands behind our work and warranty there is reason you would not upload thermostats on Yelp nor BBB because was done successfully and ***** came and dropped thermostats off to you so do not understand why you would sa no one showed up upon your Request If you would like your tech ***** come back out which you said was great and very knowledgeable we stand behind our warranty you are warranty till next month September but we will not give you a refund and let you keep our parts 2 months after repair . Thank you for your feedback and patience

    R&J preventive maint will give a refund just How it is explained on invoice 20% restock fee so that means we have to be able to retrieve our parts and mins the labor and rest will be refunded. Customer should understand since customer read and agreed to terms by signing invoice

    I am rejecting this response because: I will not allow this business to enter my home and remove anything from my fridge.  I would not trust them in any close proximity.  refund is warranted since you were abusive with your language and treatment.  This business continues to refuse to take accountability for their behavior and I will not tolerate that.

    Unfortunately **** you have signed in agreement to invoice and we will not allow you to keep our parts we as a company will stand behind our work and refund process you as the customer should stand by the agreement you signed thank you for your response

    I am rejecting this response because: The company is holding me responsible for their parts but are not holding themselves accountable for the way they operate their service.  I signed a contract in faith that I was dealing with a reputable company which is honest, professional and trustworthy.  The way the service was conducted was not aligned to what the contract specified.  Since the business did not uphold itself within the guidelines of their contract, I should not be liable for their poor service.  Refund is warranted if service was poor in quality.
