    Thank You ******** for finding and installing my over the range microwave. My microwave could not be fixed because it was too old and parts were no longer available. ******** found me this Beautiful new Frigidaire stainless steel microwave with the required measurements to fit because of tiling and cabinets and ******** found it and installed it within 3 days! Lots of Hard work required by this young man and I Totally appreciate it! Thank you for your Expertise, Professionalism and Most of All, Your Kindness....And my Beautiful microwave that is very important to me, so I can eat the many leftovers that I accumulate throughout the week.     ***** had a very quick response time to my call to repair my GE dishwasher (almost a week ahead of ABT). When replacing the gasket didn't completely stop the leaking appliance, ***** diagnosed a rusted base. ***** totally refunded the repair costs I'd already paid and only charged me for the service fee of $89. No other company has ever done that for me. I'm now replacing the dishwasher. :)

    Called and got an appointment for the next morning. The tech arrived on time and diagnosed, repaired and had the freezer running again within an hour. Great experience, great service! Would recommend to anyone, commercial and residential.

    Very happy I found these gentlemen. They came out the very next morning and had the oven part on hand, and fixed all in short order. Very professional, very friendly...they are now my go to guys for all my appliances. I recommend!

    These guys were fantastic. Our tech ******(?) was quick and thorough. All the igniters on my ***** 4 burner with side burner went out. It needed a whole new wiring harness. They were the only BBQ place that returned my request for service. They were able to come out, evaluate the problem order the parts they needed and come back and fix it all in about a week. Pretty impressive. Since they do repairs on all kinds of appliances I will keep their number handy for sure!!

    My Thermador oven was not heating I contacted R&J preventive maintenance at 12pm and technician was at my home in a 3 hour window called 30min before arrival consultation was free with repair. Everything that was explained by ******* went exactly as he said technician ****** was a very respectful and helpful . My Thermador was up and working again within a hour and I received 6 months warranty parts and labor on parts that the company used to fix my oven.

    ***** was not working. R&J responded to my inquiry with 15 minutes and a tech was working on it less than 2 hours later ***** was fixed an hour after that. I was happy.Be aware the firm does not take credit cards
