      The customer complained that she made on-time payments but that those payments were being listed as late in her account. We reviewed the customers bank records and they match up with our payment history dates. We have sent the customer a copy of her pay history so that she can see the payments were credited the same day that she paid.

      Although we are sympathetic, the customer is being treated in accordance with her contract with the company and company policy. She has been afforded the same opportunities as any similarly situated customer. The Companys policy is in full compliance with Federal, State, and Municipal law, and in consultation with our legal counsel.

      Ive been with the auto warehouse and easy acceptance financing company aka EZ acceptance since 2021 never had issues with them up until this year when Im almost done paying on my vehicle now they are changing rules. Ive experienced a lot of unprofessionalism discrimination and unforeseen fees/charges. Over my 2 or more years with them I have been in good standing In the past 2 payments late Ive done. Over 30 days which is 2 payments. With them its bi-weekly. Sometimes my job allowed me to pay months in advance. Now Ive experienced hardship and provided all the documents. Instead of them being considerate and accommodating me. I get rudeness nasty remarks and more fees. My car has been repossessed twice now. The first time after 2/3 days late which I had a hard time understanding after being late way longer than that. Upset and all I still paid all the extra fees. This time I am for sure some kind of fraudulent and scamming activities are going on within this in house company. I walked out to my car its gone I called them they said they didnt have my vehicle did I park somewhere I shouldnt have I proceeded to check *************** then called 311. The 311 operator explained EZ had it. Now Im back on the phone with them everyones transferring me. I called over 5 locations/numbers, which were all connected. No one would give me a line of command kept saying they dont have a corporate or leave a message and a manager or someone would return my call. My payment was set on the ********************************************************************************** not thinking anything of it I still have to the 11th and should be allowed ***** days after. NO!!! They said I hung up and no one has been able to reach me. Not true if we made an arrangement and I always pay or pay double why now They are harassing me giving me a hard time causing me grief and making me pay ridiculous fees for nothing. I want the phone recordings reviewed and relief of this matter

      The customer complained that her car was repossessed after late payments. We spoke with the customer and explained the payments that had been due when the car was repossessed and how she could redeem the car.

      Although we are sympathetic, the customer is being treated in accordance with his contract with the company and company policy.       I am rejecting this response because:
      I asked for recorded phone calls to prove the agreement was made. To my knowledge the arrangement was in progress. Even if the call dropped or the agent didnt complete her role at hand. I should have been allowed to retrieve my vehicle with just the payment due/owed now you are wasting time as well as accumulating more fees. I was told I had to pay off my remaining balance before I can have my vehicle back which is by law not legal nor fair. The payment arrangement was set for the 11th my car was taken the 7th. Please help me understand why no one tried to contact me or my reference before coming to get my vehicle after 2 years of commitment and 1 repossession the auto warehouse KNOW IM WILLING TO PAY WHATEVER TO COMPLY/COMPLETE MY CONTRACT. I have yet to speak to any one regarding the so called dropped call NOTHING TILL THIS DAY. I was put on hold after saying give me one second while I put this in. Now my vehicle gone but I still have to pay a note or pay off my vehicle to get it back after it was illegally taking. If not prove it which easy acceptance nor the auto warehouse are willing to do. Its out right discrimination against color&financial. Im on the verge of losing my job due to this. My kids start school in a week. This situation has caused me pain & suffering. Even after giving easy acceptance all proper documentation for the hardship which was allowed AFTER the first repossession. If it was allowed before I wouldnt have had the first repossession. I allowed a lot because Im drama fee. Now Im fed up easy acceptance/the auto warehouse will use abuse and throw away whoever let them. I would love to remain stress free but how can I with a shady company like this.

      I made a payment on May 26 2023 they cut my car off which is illegal to do that they said they didnt receive a payment they told me to email proof I tried but the email they gave me doesnt exist I then tried to look up the information on the website and that doesnt exist as well

      The customer complained that she made a payment that was not credited to her account. In support of her claim, the customer uploaded what she alleged was a screenshot of the payment. Easy Acceptance did not receive the payment. Unfortunately, that payment appears to have been made to a ********** company with a similar name and was not made through our vendor *********.

      I approximately financed a car through The Auto warehouse a year ago in 2022. About a week later the cars engine looked up. I researched the issue and the maker of the car look the car and put a new engine in it. At first the The auto warehouse company didn't want to help until I told them the information I found on the issue with the engine. Now it's a year later and the auto warehouse company is locking my online access to pay my car note and ignoring my calls so I can miss my payments. They have called me multiple times telling me they now don't have a title and to give them the car back. They also keep trying to make me trade my car in. The bank is supposed to have the title that financed me or a title should be obtained through the ********** of ***** Vehicle to replace the so called lost one. Now that I've had the car a year and it has a new engine the auto warehouse is trying to sabotage my payments. What's happening is unlawful and criminal.

We reviewed the customers pay history, and he has been able to make payments by recurring payments, over the phone, and through our partner app *********. We are sending him a How to Pay letter so that he knows all of his options for payments.       I purchased a vehicle from auto ware house 45th ****** on 3/3 the sales person ******** was very helpful however a lot of things in the agreement was not discussed she quickly did mention that if the payment is not made the vehicle can be disabled but I was not told in 3days so my payment need to be adjusted to my correct pay dates I was told by the auto acceptance finance company account manager ***************** needed to send in documents proving my correct pay day I did that and she went on vacation and they still disabled my car the account manager at east acceptance ext 143 her name is ******* or ******* something of that nature very obnoxious ignorant not trying to build solution talks over u. I also believe she is racist. While she was on vacation I was told my payment that was due would be pushed to the end and my next payments would fall on the proper dates however she came back and did not fix the payment change and again my car was disabled then I called back to see why again she was very rude and ignorant she mentioned my insurance was not paid so I paid it and thought that the payment date was adjusted and I was fine but no my car was taken after my payment was due my vehicle is completely gone from my house over 1 payment I dont think this should be legal I only had the car not even 2 months and this harassment started 2 weeks after getting the vehicle constantly shutting my car off missing work kids missing school the harassment emotional stress and pain and suffering already not even a month after getting the vehicle they are a scam this should not be legal after I put so much money down and been in communication and did everything they asked me too I feel this is out of spite and I would like my account manager investigated and the whole office is scamming ppl into getting car then coming out with all these new weird changes that was not told the day we signed for the car I will get a lawyer I would like to return this whole vehicle and get my money back

      When I financed my 2012 kia ******* from them they told me that there was a tracker on my car . I asked them specifically, this thing wont turn my car off on the highway or anything. And they said no it wont, it doesnt work like that. Now today im driving down the road and my car dies. And it wont turn back on. I call them and account manager ***** tells me it turns off at computers discretion after you miss a payment. I am 3 days late on 1 payment. But about a month ago same person told me that its at a humans discretion. I was lied to at signing of contract and i am still being lied to over and over and over

      Apr is ridiculously high as to where my debt from 11 thousand hasn't gone down My Apr is only increasing regardless of keeping up with my payments I can't refinance because I need a different bank but no other bank logically will do that because it doesn't make sense

      The customer complained that her interest rate was too high and her balance was not going down. We reviewed her retail installment contract and pay history. The interest rate being charged to the customer is consistent with the rate she agreed to at the time of sale and her payment history shows that the principal balance is being lowered with each payment.       The company East Acceptance, has poor customer service. I have put in many complaints to speak with someone higher than a manager due to managers not returning any calls. The payment center do not answer any questions that I have. I have asked multiple times to speak to someone higher to address my concerns I was told that no one knows the person higher than a manager. I am really needing someone to talk to this company about the way they treat their customers. I have tried myself speaking to someone but I get smart, sarcastic replies when it's really unnecessary.

Our records show that bought a car with financing from ****************, **** d/b/a **** Warehouse on September 2, 2017. The loan transferred to Easy Acceptance on December 8, 2017. Although we are sympathetic, the customer is being treated in accordance with her contract with the company and company policy.       I spoke with *****. She is very rude and unprofessional. They are only out to make money. Aside from me being a excellent customer and making on-time payments for more then 2 years, set aside their high interest rates. They refuse to help me. I had a car accident recently and the dealer stated vehicle is a total loss. I requested to get a settlement and she was very rude and stated either I Pay or they will put it on my credit report as a repossession from the dealer. Harming my credit. They are not willing to work with me on whats left on my loan. As for now the vehicle is not driver-able and is still at the auto ware house service department. I have not received any letter in writing stated the vehicle is a total loss. But they still want to keep collecting money. They are no help and they have the worse customer service. Aside from the dealer not offering me ************** which could have helped me avoid these circumstances. This company is not willing to work with me to come to a solution.

      The customer complained about a dealership issue.  The customer is complaining that we did not sell her gap coverage when she bought her vehicle.   Auto Warehouse does not sell Gap coverage, nor is it the dealerships responsibility to sell such. The customer had a total loss and did not have coverage to pay off the loan.  Although we are sympathetic, the customer is being treated in accordance with company policy and afforded the same opportunities as any similarly situated customer.  The Companys policy is in full compliance with Federal, State and Municipal law, and in consultation with our legal counsel.
