      i was given a fraudulent contract with federal violations on almost every page of my consumer credit contract. i submitted LEGAL documentation sent to them CERTIFIED MAIL. this company didnt respond to any legal document they waited a month and came and repossessed my car for NON PAYMENT. this is impossible because i rescinded my signature from the contract because they committed fraud. PURSUANT TO 15 USC **** THE FINANCE CHARGE IS THE *** OF ALL CHARGES AND THEY ADDDED CHARGES OUTSIDE OF THE FINANCE CHARGE. I WAS ALSO NEVER TOLD ABOUT MY ****T TO RESCIND 15 USC **** (B) I HAVE THE **** TO RESCIND AND KEEP THE PROPERTY. THE COMPANY STILL TOOK MY PROPERTY.

      "All of the pertinent information regarding this purchase and financing was disclosed to this customer in documentation comporting with all Federal, State and Municipal law before her purchase. This information included a Retail Installment Contract providing the APR, amount financed, total finance charge, term of the contract, and total of payments. The Retail Installment Contract detailed the amount and frequency of payments, and consequences for nonpayment. The customer reviewed and signed off on all of this documentation at the time of her purchase. 

      This customer's vehicle was repossessed for nonpayment when the account became significantly past due, according to company policy and as detailed in the Retail Installment Contract."

      I am rejecting this response because:this company is ignored legal documents sent on my behalf, I rescinded my signature as well a** the power or attorney. I sent an affidavit of truth that went unrebutted now stands as fact in LAW. I requested the debt validation from this company on my account and MY REQUEST WENT UNANSWERED. They suspended my payment account after I made a payment on June 20th Ive made payments every two weeks since February 27th 2021. I was unable to pay using my online account after I sent them in legal documentation regarding the fraudulent car contract. They didnt not disclose to me that I had to right to rescind my contract that is a federal violation pursuant to 15 USC **** (f) they also LIED about me havi to put a CASH down payment down in a consumer credit transaction which is a federal violation pursuant to 15 usc **** the LEGAL definition of a finance charge is the sum of ALL charges. Not comparable to CASH ! A finance charge has nothing to do with cash. Which makes my contract NULL AND VOID! Furthermore after they suspended my payment account ( made it so I couldnt pay) they ILLEGALLY REPOSSESSED my vehicle. They dont dawns anything in the mail as they a required to do under star and federal law. And after they still wont allow me to pay to come and get MY car. They are abusing their power and have causing personal injury it has caused me to miss doctors appointments for my son who is disabled. Also i was told I would be contacted in 48 hours to be able to come and get my vehicle. After ********************************************************* an address to write them and HANG ** in my face . I havent been given a chance to redeem my car AT ALL. They have sent me 0 mail regarding getting my car back . This company is not operating in compliance and need to be held liable

      Company decisions were made in full compliance with Federal, State and Municipal law, and in consultation with our Legal Department."

      I have a car loan through this company & when I cant pay the **** on time they have a shut off switch on my truck. I was out grocery shopping & when I came out to start my truck it was off. I wasnt aware that they had a gps shut off switch on my truck. So I had to find ways to get the money which caused my account to be overdrawn since I use my car for work & couldnt make any money. Another time my truck was parked outside my ******** came outside to it being gone, they called telling me it was repossessed & to get it back I would have to pay $800+This company has been forcing me to pay on time payments by shutting off my truck. I also had to make a down payment of $2500 at the car lot to get this truck.

      All of the pertinent information regarding this Contract was disclosed to this customer before her purchase, in the manner required by the federal law. The Auto Warehouse comported with all law and regulation and in accordance with all provisions of the contract regarding this account. In the contract the customer reviewed and signed off on, it clearly states that if the customer defaults, they agree to pay our fees for repossession, repair, storage and sale of the vehicle. Customers may also be able to redeem the repossessed vehicle within 21 days upon payment of all past due amounts and fees, if they have paid an amount equal to 30% or more of the Total of Payments or Total Sale Price. This customer was afforded the opportunity to redeem the repossessed vehicle in accordance with this provision, and made the necessary payment.   

      The customer also reviewed and signed off on a *** Disclosure Statement and Agreement for Installation. This document describes the placement and use of the *** device in great detail and specifically states that the vehicle may be disabled if a scheduled payment is not received. Our procedure regarding disabling vehicles is consistent with all car loans made by the Auto Warehouse. The customer reviewed and signed off on this addendum and contract at the time of her purchase. Unfortunately, the contract cannot be modified or changed now that the purchase is complete."
