    I am seeking legal representation to pursue a claim against Car Credit. I purchased a 2014 Buick Regal from them and experienced significant issues with the rear suspension and gas retention within the first month. Despite investing over $1,000 in repairs, I faced difficulties resolving these issues with the company. It took approximately six months to finally speak with the general manager. Additionally, Car Credit's practices regarding payment are problematic. I was recently two days late on a payment due to medical reasons, having just been discharged from the hospital. I informed ******* from Overland Bond (Car Credit) via text, due to my limited ability to speak after jaw surgery, that I would make the payment the following week. Instead of accommodating my situation, he continued to charge my card, leaving me unable to access funds for my medical care. When I discussed this with him, he questioned how he could have known about my condition without explicit communication, despite my text indicating my situation. He refused to process a later payment date, which I find unreasonable and lacking in basic human consideration. I believe Car Credit engages in exploitative practices, particularly targeting vulnerable communities. I am seeking legal counsel to address these issues and explore possible actions against the company.

    If I could give the business 0 stars I with I got a cord edge from this company drove fine for the first couple weeks then I started to have front end suspension problem I tried to take it back they saying it doesnt cover my warranty they also sent me this shop I explain to the ship whats going on they said they cant fix it because overland bond/car credit didnt approve the repair.Then they have the nerves to call every week to collect their money for a car note the people are very unprofessional from from the car dealership to the finance department I really hope this company get shut down

    I have never been so disrespected in my life!!!! After I bought two cars from Overland Bond I bought a 3rd car from them a week ago, but I took it back because the supervisor at overland bond was so rude and disrespectful on the phone I cussed her a** out and told her pick up there s*** I was so mad. They have no respect for there customers. Never get a car loan from them and stay away from there bad running cars.

    If I could give this company 0 stars I would do it I repeat do it get a car from them worst customer service support and supervisor ever I wish I have known this before????

    I completed my note payment and now they are telling me I owe them more money. They are basically holding my title hostage and being rude every step of the way trying to scam me for more cash. ***** was ****************** was rude and apparently they have no managers working. Reporting this scam ASAP

    If I could rate this company a zero I would. The customer service reps are rude and they do not know how to provide customer service. My vehicle was stolen and they told me that it is my problem and they will not disable the vehicle. If Im 2 minutes late on a payment it will be disabled immediately. I was told that the stolen car is my issue and they will not get in the middle of it and if it isnt retrieved thats too bad but the payments will have to be made whether I have the vehicle or not. This is just rude and they need to be out of business.

    IF I COULD RATE THEM A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD . Please LISTEN TO ME AND LISTEN TO ME ***EFULLY . NEVER GO THROUGH THEM OR *** CREDIT TO GET A *** . THEY ARE THE MOST RUDE I MESN RUDEST PEOPLE IVE EVER MET. THEY ACT AS IF THE *** IS IN THEIR HANDS OR WILL AFFECT THEIR LIVES YOU CAN GIVE THEM ALL DOCUMENTATION OR TRY TO SYMPATHIZE FROM ONE HUMAN TO THE NEXT AND THEY ARE COMPLETELY RUDE, I CAN HONESTLY NAME A FEW ( ********************************* ) . They will Hang ** in your face and more. For the sake of my mental health i literally have to take time away from even calling back because i know how it is working in a call center but i also know at the end of the day being rude doesnt PUT ME AS A 5 star call rep nor will it make the customers situation any better. I will be soon giving up this car and loan as THE REPS ARE THE REASON WHY I AM DECIDING TO NOT DEAL WITH THE DISRESPECT ANYMORE ! AGAIN NEVER GET A *** FROM THEM AGAIN OH AND I MIGHT ADD THEY WILL LITERALLY LIE ABOUT THINGS PUT IN YOUR ACCOUNT AND DISABLE YOUR *** FOR NO REASON!
