      Poor customer service/relationship. Did not follow up after receiving requested documents. Could not remember the process of the loan. He asked to find a particular kind of home and when found there was no reply. The homes I picked ended up being bought by someone else due to prolonged feedback. It would have been better if he told me I was not approved for me to move on. He also claims some documents I sent were not received. It took almost a year with zero results.

      This is my third mortgage in my life. By far this experience has been the best. I felt like any questions and concerns I had were not judged and answer truthfully and straightforward. ****** was available anytime I had a question and responded within a fast timely manner. He walked me thru paperwork and had incredible patience with me. I feel as tho I was his only client thru this time. He ability to make a client feel that way is truly a gift and much needed talent in this world of business today. I will definitely do business with this bank for future needs.
