    ***** from Ellas Bubbles was amazing. He was with me for more than a year from time I wanted it to the installation of the tub. He was there for my contractor too. I always have many questions and ***** answered right away. Customer Service is so important and ********************** Tub is the place to go for good service. The tub is very relaxing and helps me sleep. I had a stroke and appreciate having a tub again instead of just a shower. Thank you *****.

    Fair price for the exact tub with the exact features we needed. Purchased it for therapeutic purposes for my wife. **** Bubbles representative ***** was very responsive and helpful. *******************. in *********, ** did a great installation job. Very pleased!

    I purchased and installed my tub in February 2023. I really enjoy the foot massage option and the heated seat. My only problem was the vacuum hoses on three of the options came off the push buttons. I think it was a design flaw. Thank goodness my installer could reach behind the tub and reattached them. If they come off again, I was advised to put a little glue on them. I think they redesigned that hose problem!When I called ****'s about the problem, *************************** handled my problem.It took a few emails back and forth to final find and fix the problem.When I called him any time of the day, he was always helpful and glad to help me out. Hopefully this will be the only problem I'll ever have. But it's nice to know help is just a phone call away!
