    Tub arrived in a sturdy wood crate, was not damaged. Tub is very well made, fast delivery.

    We live in rural ****** so we were a bit apprehensive about ordering something with such a large price tag, sight unseen, from the US; we needn't have worried. ***** at ****** Bubbles was very helpful and very professional. Our tub arrived in a very solid plywood box, that could easily have survived a tornado, within a week of placing our order. The tub was in perfect condition, and we could tell from a few residual drops of water that it had been thoroughly tested, as promised, after it was built to our specifications. The tub is of very high quality and once installed we will review its functionality and share those results as well. Can't say enough about how thrilled we were with this company and their level of expertise and professionalism. We would highly recommend this company and their products.******* and **********

    I Purchased my Ella walk in tub in 2012 at that time. I had researched all of the walk in tubs and Ella had everything beat ,as far as price ,quality ,functionality. I was very excited to get this product. After 12 years of use the only problem I have had is to replace 2rubber gaskets that the company sent me immediately. I would highly recommend the Ella walk-in tubs quality and their wonderful customer service!!

    Ella's sales support was very helpful and patient as I had lots of questions. After purchasing and receiving our tub, earlier than expected I will add, upon inspection discovered a damaged electrical plug in. Reached out to customer support and they shipped out a replacement immediately. My whole experience with Ella's Bubbles has been wonderful.

    I purchased the tub through an ****'s salesperson. He was very easy to discuss a tub, answered questions and didn't do any "hard sale" technique. My plumber is able to do the install and it's costing my several thousand dollars less than a competator.
