5 starsMy purchase of ****'s Ultimate Walk-in Tub was excellent. ****** product information gave me confidence that I was buying the right tub. My tub arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. I completed the pre-installation tests with all systems in perfect order. 5 starsMy wife and I are in our mid 70s and we were looking for a bathtub that was easier to get into. I started out looking at cheaper walk-in tubs, but eventually ruled each of them out for various reasons. Also, most of the other brands require the buyer to use contractors to complete the installation in order to maintain the warranty. The Ellas Bubbles tub is not only a high quality tub, but it is also set-up for a fairly easy installation, an installation that I knew I was qualified to do myself. I also liked the simple fast drain system, and although I tied both tub drains together, the tub reliably drains in just a couple of minutes. So, I purchased a Transfer 30 Bathtub and I had the delivery truck unload the tub onto my pickup truck until I could arrange for family members to help me unload it in my basement. A few days later, I successfully completed the pre-install Ellas Bubbles tub testing to assure that it functioned properly and that there were no leaks. Then, over the next few weeks, I demolished my old bathtub and prepared the site for the new Ellas Bubbles tub, including installing a new 20 amp GFCI power outlet and a tub ground wire. Having the Ellas Bubbles tub at my house was very helpful in planning for the future plumbing connections. Once again, I recruited several family members to move the tub from the basement to the bathroom. We placed the tub in position and leveled it up, assuring that all 8 feet were firmly on the floor. Then we moved it back out far enough to install the front panel and the extension kit before returning it to its final position. During the next couple of days I completed the water supply and drain connections and then I performed a final test, in which the Ellas Bubbles tub performed just as designed. 5 starsThere comes a time in your life, when health and comfort become a priority. After doing a great deal of research on walk-in tubs etc, I kept coming back to ****** Bubbles! I first began by simply asking some questions through their online chat. I then spoke to someone over the phone. It still took some time, as with anything, you want to be certain you are making the best financial decision. Well, it all came together, and I ordered my Elite Walk-In tub! They were amazing at answering all questions and concerns, follow-**** and always kept me up to date about throughout and even after! I truly do highly recommend this company and their employee's! The bottom line is being an advocate of your health, and finances, The product is superior and they purposefully give you everything in a tub other competitors would charge you for! 5 starsWe purchased the **** Elite walk in tub. We actually went to ******* to see the tub. ***** was informative and took time with us as we are particular. The tub is finally in but still working on putting up walls, floor, etc. for the new bathroom. Will add photos when completed. The tub works as expected. You can adjust the jets, and air. The tub empties in seconds which is great. Very relaxing. My only negative would be not being able to close off the jets on middle of seat, but that is personal preference. We will be ordering the screen also. I'm glad we reviewed other tubs. We kept coming back to this one. Good choice. We will be enjoying for many years to come.Review fromSteven P

My father had just passed away and I was in the process of moving my mother into my house. I needed a walk-in tub asap. I purchased another leading brand walk-in tub with a crazy delivery time of one month, and then it arrived three weeks late on top of the month delivery time. Even worse the tub came without all of the parts which would require another month wait due to their supply chain problems. Frustrated, I sent the tub back. Fortunately, I came across Ella's Bubbles. They understood my dilemma and had my tub shipped out in a week. When I saw the quality and care Ella's Bubbles put into just packing and boxing the walk-in tub, I knew the tub inside would be quality. There was a huge difference between the Ella's Bubbles walk-in tub and other competitor’s tub. Ella's was constructed far better. Bath fixtures were already in installed and required less plumbing effort in setting up the drain. The only thing I didn’t expect was having to modify my existing drain for 2" pipe, but this was easily handled by my plumber. Overall Ella's Bubbles was more professional and responsive, and Ella had the better quality walk-in tub. Hands down, compared to other brands, Ella's Bubbles came out on top!! My mother loves it, so I am happy !!

ELLA DELUXE MODEL
The tub is superb. Beyond my expectations. No more worries of falling against the shower glass doors. All the water and air pumps speed selections give choices ofstrong massage, skin cleaning, quiet relaxation or invigorating feet muscle pulsing. Impressed by the strong stainless steel door frame and strength of the whole tub.
More than worth the price. So glad I cancelled the order on another brand after I read the reviews for it that pointed low quality problems. So many brands out there, buyers must do their due diligence.
ELLA has the best customer support after purchase. I bought thru **** *****. I would strongly recommend buying direct from ELLA
High quality unit and it's made in the USA.

Purchased a Lay Back walk in Tub... super product. **************** was great to deal with.. product was shipped on time and arrived well packed and protected. Installation was easy and went without a hitch. Installing the tub did not take very long.. spent more time preparing the area where the old tub was. Purchased a TransferXXXL for my mother and so far it's a success! The craftsmanship and service are top tier. Very professional and glad I went with them. The installation has to be done by your local company. It wasn't the smoothest install, even with a company who has done it multiple times (partially because of my 80 year old home) but they eventually got it in there. Really think about the install beforehand. In addition to the expensive tub, we had to pay for an extension of the bathroom for it to fit, replacing old pipes to handle the water volume, getting a tankless water heater, and electrical work. My mother REALLY wanted this thing but she's happy with it.Ella's Bubbles Walk In Tubs
