Ordered the tub and installed it myself. I had many questions and the sales rep would quickly provide a response or a video link to installation questions. Shipping was quick and the tub arrived without issues.My wife loves the tub and is very happy with it. We have had to use the shower head while we remodel our master bath and the main shower is out of commission. It has been very helpful to have this feature. The only issue we have had is for the air jets there are two in the middle of the seat and they are a little to friendly.

Bought a walk-in tub fully loaded and dealing with these guys was fantastic, they explained everything and helped me order a perfect walk-in tub and arranged the shipping to my house and the entire deal was above board and they are a great company with the best walk-in tubs on the market. I bought a tub from a previous model year. I was told during the sales process that the tub was functional and free of cosmetic defects. I bought the tub and received it and it took awhile to find an installer. My class A builder here in VA installed the tub as per the instructions provided and we were unable to get a proper seal between the 2 brass drains and the manufacturer provided elbows. I tried multiple times to escalate this conversation within Ellas, but kept getting referred back to a single support person. His advice was to use teflon tape to get a good seal. Following the completion of the rest of the bathroom, my contractor moved on to another project and I started trying to get support from local plumbers. I had three separate plumbers work on a solution, with 3 sets of fittings from Ellas. All 3 plumbers mentioned that the fitting wouldn't work with teflon tape, that the type of fitting required the threads weren't where it was leaking and that teflon tape would not solve this issue. After the fist set of fittings, Ellas billed me for shipping of the replacement set, they were also incorrect. The fourth set of fittings turned out to be a solution, unfortunately my previous ************ would not return, the second plumber said the solution was poor and he wouldn't put his name to supporting it. The third set of plumbers were able to make a seal, but I have to question why I was sent the wrong parts multiple times and when I would try to get solutions I would receive offers to sell me a new tub. My timeline was extended by 6 weeks and has cost me well over $1000 and more than 15 hours of my time.Ella's Bubbles Walk In Tubs

I am writing to address your recent review of Ellas. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during the installation of your tub. However, we would like to express our opinion regarding this case of the faulty drain elbows.Our team reviewed your case and found that the issues you faced were largely due to the unique circumstances of the installation process and not because of any fault on our part. While you initially claimed that the original PVC elbows were damaged during installation, we provided you with new ones. Given that the tub had already been installed, it is probable that aligning the new fittings and installing them correctly would have been very challenging. This could have resulted in a leak caused by faulty installation. However, if the threads are aligned properly and Teflon tape is used, leaks should not occur. It's worth noting that this method has been used to install thousands of tubs nationwide.With regard to the issue of the seal between the brass drains and the manufacturer-provided elbows, we maintain that our recommendation to use Teflon tape is appropriate. While we understand that you consulted with multiple local plumbers, they may not have been familiar with the specific fittings and components of our tubs. We acknowledge any errors on our part with shipping, but we always work diligently to rectify such issues as soon as possible.We understand that this has caused you inconvenience and we appreciate your feedback. Tub is wonderful. Got it for my MIL and she loves it. Install was very simple (relatively speaking) and met all expectations. The comms leave something to be desired...not as high tech as I would expect but sufficient. Definitely worth the purchase.Ella's Bubbles Walk In Tubs

My wife and I installed the **** 2 person companion walk-in tub 4 years ago and love it. The hydro and air jets are relaxing and works great. I especially like the LED chromotheraphy. It is comfortable for 2 good size people. We both had knee replacement surgery and found the tub easy to get into and out of. Best of all it is easy to keep clean and it looks as good tyoday as it did when we installed it. The tub is well designed and the access panels are well placed.Ella's Bubbles Walk In Tubs
