    My husband did the research - I knew I wanted a Step In Tub. Got a Cozi installed recently. Enjoyed the foot/calf jets and the changing colors are a nice touch. The heated back and seat meant I didn't get cold. The dual drains work really quickly - the drawback was in what our drain could absorb all at once. We got good Sales support, able to watch the ******* videos for tips on cleaning and using, and it just makes our renovated bathroom a good place to be!

    The tub is as advertised. Very nice. Very good videos for most of the installation process. That helped our contractors a bit.

    The company was good to work with. Just as I was about to place my order, I was told that the sales rep I had been working with had left the company and that his manager was taking over. He was helpful but sometimes hard to contact which **** the process out a bit. He did answer all of my questions and the order was completed to my satisfaction. The tub arrived quickly and everything was included and works as it should. So far, so good.

    My tub is new and no need yet to test drive the warranty. Thats when you find out how good a company is. The Rep who I first contacted no longer works there and the Rep who sold me the tub no longer works there and theyve already told me they cant back up anything my sales Rep promised me so I have a little bitter taste, but I look forward to enjoying my new tub and hope everything goes well.
