    I was asked by my oncologist to agree to a testing performed by Tempus of which I agreed in May 2024. She said there might be a small charge I would have to pay but usually insurance pays most of it. I was presented with a $1,690 bill which my oncologist said was way too much money to have been charged and to call Tempus. I did in August and the person on the phone said I qualified for a lower charge and he would begin the process of refunding $1,500. He stated it would be 8-12 weeks for a refund. I have called them every week since that call and I still do not have the refund. for two months I was told the refund was in process-until finally in September I was told it hadn't even been approved. I have since been told it was approved October 1, 2024. I have repeatedly asked them to put a rush on this since I was told in August this was approved. (They deny that). I am just done with waiting. They have held my money since June-and grossly overcharged me. I want this reported as unprofessional business practice.

    In November of 2023, I paid my Tempus bill but hadnt noticed that Tempus website has the amount doubled on their website. So I overpaid them. Ive called three times for my refund, and Tempus claims the overpayment is acknowledged and they will send refund. Tempus claims it can take 3 months to correct this. I find that ridiculous and Im going on five months with no reimbursement. Its April 24thcwith no refund received

    The website says $495 you get this genetic test and sent to you, when they send it to you they're requesting an additional $295 to process this of which none of this information is on their website it makes it seem like it's one of those ancestry.com things where you pay the price for the kit and everything is all inclusive in that you tried to call them the number on the BBB site on the billing number inside of the information received and you get the same message someone must be on the phone with someone else and they'll call you back I also have my credit card company looking into this dispute but I think that they're a scam business and based off the fact that they are not registered with you I assum
